Terrible experience. 15 minutes for two smoothies, and they were rude and just twiddling their thumbs instead of fulfilling orders. I wish they didnt ask for payment up front because I would have never tipped them
The staff is extremely rude. I came in at 9 am when there was only 1 other customer(so they weren’t busy), yet they spoke to me as if I was an annoyance. They weren’t just unfriendly, but they were rude. Furthermore, after acting like I was taking up too much of their time, one of the two girls working took a phone call from her significant other. Overall, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Just had about $150 walk out the door because 15 people are sitting inside waiting of drinks for 15-30 min. The manager keeps telling people that the drive through is a priority.Piss poor policy's create piss poor results.
Usually this place is great gets us done fast and makes it right. But today it was slower and I'm pretty sure the smoothie that guy's not the Smoothie order however I have to get to work so I can't go back.
White older lady was very rude my husband came in 8 we didn’t know what we wanted looked at the menu while in the back looked at everyone as said are you ready to order very rudely then locked the front door as soon as we left at 8:10 they close at 9
I used to go to Smoothie King almost every day. I’ve been to all locations multiple times since the new ownership, and not one has made me a decent smoothie. If I wanted blended up ice I would go get an icee. Please stop trying to add so much ice as a substitute for actual ingredients.
Terrible service waited over ten minutes inside lobby to get my order.

Staff was very rude. I went through the drive thru, had to repeat my order 4 times before they had it correct. When I got to the window, instead of just apologizing, the person at the window had an attitude, fed me some excuse about their speaker, and told me to calm down. All I did was repeat my order multiple times. Hadn't said anything rude. Hadn't made any snide comments. She chose to get mouthy with me. Probably won't be back to this location.
The are fast friendly and make fire smoothies
