Well to started of with they could only take cash then we ordered 2 of the same except different flavors & ask for them in a styrofoam cup because It was so hot out didn't want it to melt fast didnt get the styrofoam cups in plastic she hand them to me both of them I ask which one was which she said she didn't know she would have to go look came back said they were the same so my experience was they couldn't get anything right ?♂️

Tried to order a pickup online through their Google listing or through doordash. Neither worked. Pulled up to the drive thru and in a matter of 30 seconds was asked what I wanted at least 4-5 times. We didn't see what was online on the menu so we needed a split second. We felt rushed and decided to just leave.
I used to go to Smoothie King almost every day. I’ve been to all locations multiple times since the new ownership, and not one has made me a decent smoothie. If I wanted blended up ice I would go get an icee. Please stop trying to add so much ice as a substitute for actual ingredients.

Slow AF today (June11) 7th car in line and people are leaving the line because it's so slow.
I love smoothie king but I’m so mad right now. They didn’t close for 15 more minutes and they said they were closed. I would understand like 5 minutes if they were very slow that night, but it literally takes 2 minutes to make a smoothie.
Glad they are back open.
