I find it extremely rude and inconvenient that when I do an app order…I wait in line behind another car for several minutes, watch two girls walk in, then when I pull up to the window I am asked to pull around to the curbside parking to watch the two walkin girls leave with their order as well as sitting in my car for a long time before receiving my order. It would not have made any difference if I would’ve ordered at the drive-through and waited like everybody in the drive-through behind me. RIDICULOUS!!

I was here at 1:45 on 2/26/22 - I failed to get the workers name, but she was so kind and courteous that I felt that I needed to write a review. My son was having a meltdown during our wait at Pour House so we escaped to Smoothie King for some quiet. When it was our time to be seated at Pour House I threw away my sons drink which sent him into another fit. The worker talked to my son, calmed him down, made him a new drink then delivered it to our table at Pour House. Thank you so much!
Great customer service and the smoothies are awesome
The smoothies taste great, but the customer service is not so great. It was my first time there and I wanted to added protein to my vegan smoothie. You would think the cashier would ask me which one. After I paid and before even receiving my smoothie, I asked to make sure the protein was vegan. Both cashiers got an attitude and said they already made the smoothie. Mind you this all took place in a matter of a few minutes. I apologized and they still had an attitude and did not bother saying bye or thank you etc. It was unnecessary to be so rude and I was the only customer there.

I used to go to Smoothie King almost every day. I’ve been to all locations multiple times since the new ownership, and not one has made me a decent smoothie. If I wanted blended up ice I would go get an icee. Please stop trying to add so much ice as a substitute for actual ingredients.
New to smoothie king and i am definitely hooked my Banana passion fruit smoothie was amazing, crew was kind and informative, i thoroughly recommend smoothie king a healthy alternative to fattening desert / snack stops
