On February 20, 2022, the owner’s father assaulted me inside the bar. I was non combative and he assaulted me anyway, his first line of communication was assault, the video from this incident will show the aggression/anger on his face prior to the assault, up to 15 minutes prior! The police were called and shot time was closed app 7 pm. The owner has reached out and through intimidation has stated that the video shows that his dad did not put his hands on me and that he can take me to court. One subpoena later and I will be in possession of that video and we will be on our way to a civil litigation and lawsuit and I will pull up the criminal record of the establishment and persons as the video will show that the owner’s dad had intent and the aggressiveness of his actions should note that this isn’t an isolated incident. As a matter of fact, I just read another review where a patron was assaulted. It is, indeed, time to change the error of your ways and quit trampling on the rights of your patrons!! In case you didn’t receive my reply to your intimidation, here it is: The video of the February 20, 2022 incident between Shot Timez’ owner’s father and myself will show exactly what transpired and the assault of myself, (non combative) by the bar owner’s father. One subpoena filed and I will have that recording in my possession. The owner and his father can cease and desist of intimidation tactics and further prevent the assaulted from digging further into the criminal record of such persons and establishment. Not only will the video show the assault, but it will also show the look of aggression and hatred on the face of the perpetrator, leading the assaulted to believe that this isn’t the owner’s father’s first run in with an assault and would provide relevant evidence into this type of pattern coming from the accused. I literally don’t have the time to sit and list all of the Kansas Statues, Civil codes and Federal rules your establishment has violated by your actions on February 20, 2022 but you can rest assured, my claim will be backed by the law.

Came in last Saturday night and the bartender Lelo was terrible. She was very rude my buddies and I. She didn’t even know how last called worked. She called last call and wouldn’t serve any more drinks. Definitely wouldn’t recommend at all.
