Coffee is usually always good. Only issue is every single time I go to THIS location they ask for a tip. I always do, but it does seem a bit unprofessional for it being a coffee stop as if I'm not already spending almost 10 bucks on coffee.
I guess no one told scooters that coffee is boiled in the coffee brewing process and thus safe to serve during a boil alert.- a certified food safety professional.Appreciate you being cautious, but let's use logic and science.
Good shop. I tried to order a 20 course meal, but my server Isabella started crying because she couldn’t handle course 20. Luckily Casey saved the day and got me my food. 10/10
Scooter's is WAY better than any other similar type of establishment (Starbucks). Period.

Rude customer service. I’ve tried to go here twice now. First time my coffee was cold and muffin still half frozen-service was rude. Tried again thinking maybe it was a fluke. This time was denied service (rudely) because my group walked there and wasn’t in a vehicle. Mind you this is a downtown location where lots of people are walking around on a nice day. No other customers in sight and I see why. Will not be going to any Scooters anymore. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
The SCOOTERS on Washington their workers are the only ones who ask for tips !!!! Because I refused to tip my breakfast was luke warm and seem to have been thrown in sack . I really don't see the need to tip at a food stand where food is being warmed and passed threw a window !!! If you haven't experienced it here ! Please listen up before you do !! Here's a TIP for the workers STOP BEGGING !! if you're not getting paid well , find another job !! You can't force customers to TIP !!!!!! SMH !!!

I love that you get through the drive-thru fast, the smoothies with Protien are fabulous, I'm addicted, and the sugar cookies were magnificent, too bad they were seasonal only, but the chocolate chip cookie ? is awesome also!
She said it was great but I had to pay for that 11 dollar drink.. they slipped a cookie in on me... Didn't know it cost they upsale like that lol..
