I ordered online the bogo buy one pizza and get one free and one chicken noodle soup and one broccoli cheese soup. When the order was picked up it only had 3 flat bread and 2 potatoes soup. I called the restaurant and told them that I was missing a pizza and they gave me the wrong type of soup. They person on the phone told me that they had no other soup and I can pick up the other pizza. When I get there to pick it up I was told by a lady that her and the manager had been talking and if this happened again They will not give me another pizza. ( Good I will not be back)1 I normally I do not order from this store. ( it’s closer to me so I did) 2 The food is cold and distasteful (I’ll be back S Rockroad) 3 No compensation or do you prefer a different soup was ever asked. I threw the soup away and we warmed up the cold pizza. This store have very poor customer service. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER AND WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

Everything was great minus the amount of seating not being great and ease of moving about the restaurant was difficult.
The avocado turkey on sourdough sandwich was fresh and great flavor. I miss the dark rye bread, but the sourdough was fresh and delicious. Restaurant was very clean and inviting. Service was friendly and helpful. Will visit again. Highly recommend.
Joshua at the Schlotzsky's drive-thru window provided exceptional customer service during the time I placed my order and picked it up from the window. He was very kind and patient in answering my questions since I was redeeming a birthday reward. I was experiencing an issue with the Schlotzsky's app, and Joshua quickly resolved the issue. Happy customer!
Great food and great service. Used my birthday reward and got a free small sandwich.

On my lunch 30 minutes break, drive thru line was extra long. Someone's in front of me blocking the lane, to not be late I leave and they gave me a grilled cheese. I ordered an Original? Greenwich location
Greenwich lobby closes whenever they want. Get there before 7pm and guess what?! Lobby closed. Sign on door says it's open til 8pm with drive thru open til 9pm.
Ordered a sandwich through the app for pick-up. After sitting in the drive through for about fifteen minutes (two cars in front of me), finally get to the window to pick it up. Maybe I should've gone inside to make it faster. Then, a coworker asked me to grab a salad. Thinking it will be faster than sitting in the drive through again, I go in and order a salad to go. After another 15+ minutes, I finally get the salad. They did apologize for the wait and threw a cookie in the bag for waiting. So, good on them for trying to make it right I guess. Then, I get back to the office and I don't have the correct sandwich I ordered. Pretty frustrated at this point. I call to let them know and the guy on the phone "doesn't know what I'm talking about" when I simply explained I was given the wrong order. The woman he hands the phone to lets me know I can get another sandwich for free the next time I come. Again, at least they tried to make it right. I hardly ever leave reviews, but I was just so frustrated for having to wait that long for something so seemingly simple, and then also frustrated with how the guy on the phone handled the situation. It's never taken another Schlotzskys more than maybe five minutes to make a sandwich, so I'm not sure what's going on at this location.
