Excellent customer service at the Schlotzsky's on East Central! They saved the day when they didn't even make the mistake in the first place! I placed a delivery order for a lunch meeting from a different Schlotzsky's location but when the food was delivered, more than half of it was missing. The delivery was given to our receptionist and since she hadn't placed the order, she didn't realize the two bags wouldn't be enough for everything we ordered. To make matters worse, the other location didn't answer the phone when I tried repeatedly to call and fix the issue/ The delivery driver didn't respond to text, either. Out of desperation, I contacted the East Central Schlotzsky's to see if they knew whether there was a problem at the other location. Dolly, the General Manager, took my call, found out what was missing (6 sandwiches, a kid's meal, and two bags of chips), and delivered it herself within 30 minutes. It wasn't her issue to fix but she didn't hesitate. I appreciate her and the staff at the East Central Schlotzsky's who made this happen! And the food was fresh and delicious as always! Thank you!!
went to schlotzsky's today to try the chicken southwest flatbread pizza it was amazing and the people were so polite I'll be back
I have ordered Cinnabon’s for a couple special events and Dolly has been fantastic to work with!! Not only are they delicious but she has worked with me for different pick up times to make it fit with my schedule. I would definitely recommend!
I went through the drive through at 2015 hours on January 12th. The staff took my order, made sure it was correct and asked if I had everything I needed. You could tell Courtney had a smile on her face just by her voice. I also talked to another staff member who was just as pleasant. I want to compliment them as they made my day better.
Super nice staff every time I go. Flatbread pizzas are just the right size and AMAZING cookies :)
A young black lady was helping me through the drive through on Thursday between 8- 8:30 she was really nice but, I couldn't help but notice it was also a young child standing there eating a pickle which is very unsanitary! and why would a child be where work is performed and food is being served?? The lady was trying to talk to me and the child kept talking as well this is so unprofessional on so many levels I'll definitely be having a conversation with the health department and ill never be back to that schlotzkys again. Children don't belong in the cooking area.
I love Schlotsky’s, when I visited it was after lunch time and they seemed to be very unorganized. Several people trying to work on my order, not sure why it was so chaotic but they had to remake my sandwich 30 seconds after I ordered it and I was the only person in the drive thru.
Went for the Cinnabon food. The manager was super understanding and sweet and the mini Cinnabons were a hit! Very nice staff, amazing customer service — great experience!
Lots of Meat on their Giant Deluxe. Wonderful Atmosphere. Enjoy the Great Staff. Would recommend this to all my Friends. The best part is I love their Center of the Rolls.
