I placed an online order, thinking I was choosing delivery ... unfortunately I selected pick up. I called the store and one of the managers volunteered to bring my order to me, at no cost, wouldn't take my cash tip. Customer service has never been this strong in my opinion. And I have been working in the industry for years. Kudos to this location for going above and beyond to take care of their customers. I recently moved from the east side of Wichita. Always ordered from the Rock rd location. This location is 100X better!Thank you!!!!

We ordered for first time the sandwich was a little short on the meat not likeIt said on TV .we went back and theyReplaced it we were very pleased and would eat here again
The amount of times I have tried to go there in the morning and there is just *no one* there well after they had opened. Talking almost an hour after they are supposed to be open. The food is never put together well, every time its just disappointing and I truly have no idea how this particular Schlotzky's stays open.
Manager could not handle the work load and locked the doors to the dining room and ran drive thru only guests were coming to store and could not get in delivery drivers also could not get it I'm pretty sure this act violated fire code as well, she was very rude and asked me if I was waiting for somebody and I said yes I am "you" I'm waiting for you to do your job, I ended up never getting helped and left the store and will not go back there nor will I eat at McCallisters as there are affiliated, I deliver for doordash in my free time this is the first experience in 3 years to this nature.
Under new management!! Great and friendly staff!! Amazing food!! And there Cinnabon cinnamon rolls are absolutely amazing!!Definitely bring your family friends and everyone to this schlotzsky's!!
For the rare times that I do eat here the sandwiches are always fresh an the service amazing
Was not impressed. Barring the fact that a single sandwich cost $11, I waited in the drive thru for nearly 20 minutes with only two orders ahead of my own. This location was completely out of the items I wanted to order. The staff spent more time having a discussion with one another than focusing on my order and I didn't even receive a hello when I made it to the window. They just barked my total at me and didn't even bother to apologize for the wait. Won't be back.
Sandwiches from here the last couple times have been a little dry. Each one is different. One on Central their Sandwiches taste yummy
The workers were very helpful and made it a great experience.
