The atmosphere here is unique. Never seen anything like it. If you like planes and history, go check it out. The food is very bland, and the youngest customers I've seen in there the 4 times I've been were well over 65. It's an elderly bar, and smells like it.
First timers! We started out with the poppers appetizer which was delicious. Very creamy filling! The boyfriend ordered the 18oz porterhouse and I ordered the chicken Alfredo. Everything was cooked wonderfully. The only reason I gave it four stars was the lack of flavor. I have a feeling it may have just been a one-off so we will be coming back for a second time to check out other menu items. Otherwise, everything was great! Service was awesome!
It’s my family’s go to place to eat. They always have great service and they hand cut all their steaks. Highly recommend
Wonderful restaurant. Good food, good portion sizes. Classic, well done, Italian dishes, including fettuccine and spaghetti, mixed with more local Kansas fare, such as fried chicken and steak. The decor is a bit dated, but in my opinion, that actually makes it better, more authentic.
I'm torn to leave 3 stars because I've heard so many good things about this place. I ordered a sirloin with fries and it was OK. The steak was nothing remarkable and the fries we're somewhat soggy. My wife and kids got spaghetti and fettuccini alfredo, and they all loved theirs. It's a place we'll probably try again, but I'm not in a rush.As far as service was concerned, everyone there was beyond helpful and friendly. The staff was great.
Classic gem of Wichita. If you want great food, great atmosphere, and great people, look no further-- this is the spot. It's got charm, character, and a well-earned patina, and if you don't like that, go to Applebee's-- I'm sure they've got something bland for ya!
Old school classic Italian restaurant. Had the manicotti and it was delicious.
Food was great! Service was perfect and prompt. Place was very clean, and no noisy kids! Prices were very reasonable and plates were full!! Wonderful restaurant!
I won't bore you with a long disappointment explanation but that porterhouse steak i had was the worse steak i have ever had in my life. But the fried Ravioli was awesome. If i was the owner of this establishment I'd hire a new steak chef or take the steaks off the menu.
Food was great. Establishment was busy but still not load. Food was very good and reasonably priced. To top it all off they have the BEST Tiramisu I have ever had anywhere!
