The food here was fabulous! I had the Maudeen's center- cut filet 9 oz. Medium and fully loaded baked potato and a house salad with 1000 Island dressing. I was in 7th heaven as I was eating the steak! ?? I added on grilled shrimp to my order. The shrimp was very tasty! The service was good. My wife had the grilled chicken with a fully loaded baked potato and a wedge salad. She also added grilled shrimp with her order. She said the food was cooked to perfection and the flavor was delicious. Nice seasoning.
My father & I stopped ate there on 5/20/2022. Our server was Bree, fantastic waitress. Our food was amazing. Dad commented that the bathroom smelled super clean, very impressed! I highly recommended stopping eating at this restaurant, totally worth the prices we paid. The best part was our outstanding service. The general manager came by checked on us also. Bree customer service experience, kindness, Bree did an FANTASTIC JOB! We will be back!!
Awesome atmosphere. The food was delicious and the steaks were cooked perfectly. Our waiter was excellent.
Great server. But man, the hostess leaves a lot to be desired. Super rude. Very condescending.and unprofessional. No greeting. No farewells. To be your frontline person she needs some major personality training.
We were told we would have 40 to 50 minute wait. No problem. But other groups came in & were told 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minute wait. They were seated before us. 1 hour later when we were seated, there were several empty tables. Thank goodness the waiter was especially nice & the food was exceptional. However, due to the hostesses, I will never visit this chain again.
Welp! Everything was almost perfect! Atmosphere rivals the Texas Roadhouse or Logan's Steakhouse with a lot cleaner floor! The service was very prompt and attentive. The chicken Laredo had amazing flavor, and the Homemade beer bread smelled and tasted amazing! The pickles and peppers were on point. The steak, not so much. Very mundane, and there is a huge difference between raw and rare. So the disappointment continues along with the search for the best steak in Wichita.
It was the first time we tried them and I’m glad we did. Our server was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, salad, bread, steak everything! The steak was cooked perfectly. Definitely will be back many times.
First thing we all noticed, the ugly dim lighting, maybe authentic to the 1800's but made my skin look very very old ! Sad looking greeters, nothing like the happy greeters at Texas Roadhouse, didn't get off to a good start. Average service, like a Dennys. The food was ok, nothing special and not worth the money, won't go back, Texas Roadhouse is just down the street and is always busy and always very good to excellent!
We did call ahead seating and were told 30 - 40 min. We literally arrived and they were ready to seat us. The food was excellent and so was the atmosphere. Service was exceptional as well. We will be returning customers. I actually like it better than Texas Roadhouse because there's no loud music.
This place was fantastic! My grilled shrimp was to die for. Husband said his steak was perfect medium rare. Staff were very friendly. Service was the fastest I have ever seen at a restaurant. We had barely finished our salad when our entrees arrived. A little pricy but well worth it! Will eat here again if ever back in the area.
