My husband stayed in a nearby hotel while visiting family in Wichita. We happened by here when in need of a drink and a light meal. We had the mussels with chorizo which was a surprisingly delicious combination, plus their Arepa Vegetariano, corn cakes with a delightful assortment of well-prepared vegetables (not easy to find in DooDah). Drinks were served by the Skylar, a 5 star bartender. We would dine here frequently if we lived here, and look forward dining here on our next visit.

I just love this place. The food is amazing. I had the queso with corn that came with chips & flatbread, crispy calamari served with pepperoncini garlic mayo, gaucho steak sandwich and I ordered tres leches cake to take home. My friend and I shared the apps and she ordered the chicken paella. I only took pics of the apps because once the other food came it was game on. I think our waiters name was Antonio and he was outstanding. This place never fails to offer the best food and great service everytime. I took the pic of the cake when I got home.

Really really good! The house margs were tasty and $5. The grill plate for two had really tender meat and the andouille sausage was so flavorful. The plantain chips were pretty good although they charge for the extra chips. The sauces were good, shrimp looked good as well. I’d like to go back and try their quest and mojitos. Honestly one of the best dinners i’ve had in wichita!

The hummus, plantains, queso, all amazing! Our waiter was fantastic and our meal was so good. I recommend the pork adobo and green chili Mac and cheese. I will definitely go again!

First time at this restaurant and the food was amazing! I had the arepa with grilled chicken and was unlike anything else I have ever eaten. The contrasting flavors of sweetness and spice made every bite a joy. We had a great waitress and the atmosphere was very nice. If you are near Old Town, give this place a try. A great selection of wines as well. Bravo!

Had dinner with a business partner and food was very good at very reasonable prices. Enough selection on the menu to accommodate most, good wines and excellent service.

I had such a fabulous time here with my friend Dominic and his daughter Robert. Joanne served me the best salad I have ever had the pleasure of indulging in. Theodore the owner was also very friendly and hospitable. I’d recommend the crab cakes.

The chicken and andouille paella is fantastic

So a short business trip to Witchita meant I had to stay in the old town. So glad I did with many great bars and restaurants. Sabor was sold to me as soon as the hotel receptionist mentioned latin-american on the first of only 3 nights. I was not at all disappointed. Great ambiance even though it was quiet. Great service (Courtney). Great food. 100% recommend this place.

I was with a party of about 24 people. The waitstaff was excellent at keeping everyone's orders and bills straight, especially with so many of us paying individual tabs. And they checked back in with us a decent amount to check for refills, ect. I had the Chipolte Honey Shrimp dinner. It comes with shrimp on skewers, kind of a slaw of chopped veggies, and I had the Chipolte Mashed Potatoes as the side. I'm not a fan of spicy food, (the meal was not spicy) so I asked the waitress which of the sauces would be mild. She recommended the mango sauce for the shrimp. The mango sauce was okay, a little watery, though it has bits of veggies or fruit on top. The shrimp was good. But the mashed potatoes were the star of the plate, just excellent. I saved most of my mashed potatoes for last, to savor them. I also tried the Red Sangria drink, it was very good. Overall a great experience and I'd definitely stop in again.
