The person at the register was rude. When he gave me back mi credit card he just toss it on top of the take home box. When I was waiting for my party and I was looking at the menu he just grab the other menu and reach a across without asking or saying a word to me. I guess is the owners brother, the food is great, but I will try not to go to that restaurant.
Service and food was good.Quiet. Atmosphere leaves something to be desired.Concrete floor, no paint or tile.Several months before this visit when we were there, the floor was very sticky. You could hear your shoes being picked up with each step.
Went in 5pm Saturday evening. Only 3 other tables seated. They told us they were out of today's special which was fried chicken. No big deal. Host brought us our drinks. The waitresses were laughing and having a good time never came to take order. Walked out after 10 minutes
If you're looking for some GOOD homestyle cooked food this is the place to go! I ordered the chicken fried chicken meal! I must say I was impressed. It was tasty! They are NOT skimpy on the portions either. The prices were resonable and the employees were super nice! It was an all around WIN for me.
Interior pretty plain and simple. Place is clean and serves healthy portions of good old home cooked meals. You should never go away hungry.
Perfect breakfast spot. We met Bones...a colorful local! You can see he and his brides story on the wall. Chicken Fried Steak was perfect!

The server burned her hand on the plate. She mentioned it was hot. The meatloaf was hot. The corn was warm. The potatoes were cold. How do you do that?
Today for lunch I ate liver and onions, mashed potatoes, green beans, roll and a salad. It was the best meal I had in recent memory. It reminded me of my childhood growing up on a farm not far from Wichita. I am definitely going back to try the chicken fried chicken and also their country fried steak. Give them a try next time you want some country cooking.
20 minutes to even get a.menu. was going to leave but the hostess took over and gave a menu and drink order. Another 10 minutes before she took my order. Another 25 minutes before my food arrived. My hash browns and eggs must have been cooked in old grease. Yuck. Used to live this place but for $10.00 meal and $2.50 drink??? Don t think I will be back.
