Amazing service and food. PHILLIP DESERVES A RAISE or some sort of compensation for his amazing attitude and work skills. We had a minor personal inconvenience and he reacted very professional making us feel like Valued Customers. Best service Ive ever experienced (have fun at your concert)
Service was good, food was good. The quality and service has dwindled gradually over the years, and prices have climbed. There used to be an element of fine dining associated with Red Lobster, and now they are in the same bracket as Joe's Crab Shack, but not quite as good food.
This was my first time at Red Lobster and I was very impressed! I'm not a big seafood guy, but their wagyu burger was excellent, and those biscuits are amazing! I definitely need to go back soon.
This was our first time at Red Lobster. It took us a while to decide on our order. Our waiter, Karl, was very patient with us, explaining the menu items. He was polite and kind, his manners were excellent! The food was great, but Karl was the best! He made the experience even better! Thank you, Karl!
Had a wonderful experience here today. Tori was my waitress and was excellent. I asked her suggestion on the side for my meal, to which she suggested the Brussel Sprouts. They tasted great. I will definitely be back.

We were in the area and had some money left on a gift card.My son enjoyed endless shrimp Monday, while I got my old favorite, fish and chips.The waiter, Kyle, was attentive and courteous, I left him over a 30% tip.Place was very clean, but very quiet, not a lot of tables.(Most likely a Monday thing.)Food was absolutely spot on and delicious, like always.Portions are great, and we always leave feeling very full, satisfied,and usually holding leftovers.
Great service for a party of 10! Lots of wonderful seafood choices and other food options if seafood isn't your preference. We felt like valued customers!
