Good service. The crab legs were fair. The Lobster was small. But all was tasty. The restrooms were not very clean.

We went to this one since we moved to the west side. Wasn't busy on a Friday evening. Still, the server was not very engaged. Slow service and even slower kitchen. Food was not presented well. Server apologized for wait time even though they didn't bother coming to let us know what was taking so long or assure us our food was on the way. Overall, it was a let down for what was expected to be a typical Red Lobster date night. Unlikely to visit this location again. East side never disappoints.

We were a group of 8 and it was after 8 o'clock but the staff was so good to us. Our server Carrie was so friendly and nice. She was awesome! The food was excellent and management even turned the AC up cause it was so cold blowing on us. Great experience!

Steaks, scallops, and lobster were all over cooked. We were there for over an hour at 5pm on a Wednesday and it’s not because they were busy. The waitress was good, wasn’t her fault the food was terrible. Don’t recommend any Red Lobster in Wichita, these guys don’t know how to cook anything well except steamed broccoli.

Would not recommend. Our shrimp was phenomenal however everything else was below par/averageThe salad was not fresh my baked potato had been thrown in the microwave with sour cream running down the sideFor an evening meal he only brought 1 pina colada dipping sauce to add insult to injury.. and the raspberry ice tea we added sugar!!!

I always order my favorite dish, the bar harbor, from Red Lobster on the east side and have enjoyed it every time but not this order. Whoever cooked this dish did a poor job. The seafood did not taste fresh, it was over cooked and the flavor tasted off. I don't recommend Red Lobster on the west side.

Red Lobster is one of my favorite chain restaurants from my childhood. We used to go there for special occasions. Even later in life we would still treat it as a special place for birthdays or anniversaries. All of that said, it is just sad how far they seem to have fallen (or maybe I had then too high on a pedestal). We went as a family for a late lunch recently. They had plenty of empty tables, but we had to wait I guess for an open waitstaff. I am guessing they are having trouble getting/keeping employees. The bathrooms were horrible as your shoes almost stuck to the floor. The waitstaff they did have were not the friendliest, but seemed to tolerate us for coming in that day. The food was decent and quick, but definitely not as good as I remember it. The prices still seem to be as high as a nicer restaurant, but it doesn't seem like they live up to them any more. I might be too harsh on them given my history of high expectations, but I would recommend trying a different nicer restaurant or just don't go in expecting too much.

poor service, missing food items while dining in. third time I have had a bad experience. I love seafood ???

Did not have cheese sticks, ranch dressing or Pepsi. I personally had selected this place for lunch but wanted all of the above which they had none. Other people got the shrimp and enjoyed that. The chicken strips were wonderful. Attentive waiter.

The food was delicious and our server was excellent!! It's 4:30 pm and everything was hot and fresh
