The lady at the drive thru window was not having a good day, but the food was hot and delicious
We have been waiting for over 20 minutes for our food! We were told they were waiting on our spicy tenders to finish cooking. After another 10 minutes I went to get my tea refilled & check on our food. That is when I was told they had not even started cooking the spicy tenders yet! Plenty of people working & not that busy. Totally unacceptable & very disappointing!
We come to a Popeyes for the chicken sandwich that is so good you want to slap yo mama.We do NOT come for the quality of service that makes you want to wash out your ears.If you'd like great service, go to Chic-fil-a.10/10
Food was good and hot, but everything else about the place was pretty bad! I was there on a Wednesday afternoon and all of the tables were dirty and no employees came to clean them. There were no napkins! A fried chicken restaurant with no napkins?! Empty napkin holder and no one came out to fill it even after I told them. The staff was not friendly - need training on customer service. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty...floors, sink, and overflowing trash. The place needs better management!
The food is amazing, but check every single item on your drive-thru order BEFORE you drive off. Most of the time they forget to give me something I ordered.A few days ago after a 40-minute wait, I picked up my order at the window. I started to drive off but pulled over and checked the $63 order. I was missing 3 large sides worth about $15. After being screwed over by them multiple times in the past, I was a fool for trusting they would get it right.The doors are locked and they are drive-thru only. Going through the line to get my missing items would be at least another 40 minutes. I banged on the door for 15 minutes really MAD. The girl inside kept motioning for me to get in the drive-thru line. I held up my large bag to show I'd already been in line but she kept telling me to get in the long line. Finally a very helpful guy came and corrected the situation.If I ever go there again, I will not drive away until they show me I have every single item.
Listen, 5 stars for food but customer service is lucky I gave it 2 stars. I can't think of a time I've been here where my order has been right the 1st time. And then they act like I'm the one that screwed up. And I would go to another one if it was closer to where I work, but I keep trying and hoping they will get it together.
I visited Popeyes march 1st 2022 at 1130am. I waited at the drive through for 5 min, with nobody else in line and was greeted with "you can order".When I got to the window to pay the girl rolled her eyes at me when I said thank you after being handed back my payment card. She clearly didn't want to be there and must hate Popeyes customers!If you like rude, garbage people, this popeyes is for you!
When in Wichita I always ask where the closest Popeye's is. Chicken is the best, Bisquets are to die for. Spicy or original, both are great, and the shrimp, oh my goodness. Battle over Chicken sandwich is over. Popcorn's Chicken Sandwich is the very best..
The absolute worst service. Ordered online and chose drive thru pick-up option. Was told it would be 15 minutes. I then had to drive there and arrived about the time it should have been ready. As I didn't want to go in, I got in the drive thru line. I then waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru only to be told rudely that I had to come in. Went in and was ignored. Spoke up and told them the issue. She asked my name and then went to check the order screen. Turns out, they had not even started the order. No apologies, no explanations offered. She just started putting the order together and it took her another five minutes to do so. Literally the worst customer service ever. I know they don't care but I won't be back. The level of incompetence was staggering.
I would mostly recommend this restaurant. They "forgot" to tell me the nuggets would take 10 minutes and that they were out of shrimp, until we asked what was taking so long. The cashier was patient even with all the noise & long line of people. The nuggets were good though! and those BISCUITS?YES!
