Popeyes south seneca in the dub!!! Gotta hand it to yall... over the past 2 years you guys have tightened it up and got the ball rolling in the right direction. The long wait times have decreased and quality of product has done nothing less than impress!!!
The best flame broil hamburger at 11:30 close to 12:00 those are the best burgers I'm from Chicago I came right there just to see if they have the flame burgers they do I recommend this place and give them five stars thank you all there at Burger King this is Maurice from Chicago
In 2022 I loathe walking into fast food joints of any kind; Usually they’re understaffed and what staff did show up for work is unhappy and unfriendly. Not here! The staff had a great vibe and were very helpful and even attentive. The place was clean. My order was correct! Whaaat?! Whoever is managing this place is doing something right in a sea of wrong. Thanks for doing a good job.
Had the nicest clerk help us, very polite. Got 5pc tender combo and signature sandwich combo. Hubby didn’t like coleslaw too much but I LOVED the mashed potatoes and Cajun gravy. Clean store, same clerk came out and wiped down tables. Was quiet just a few customers. I ate my hubby’s biscuit it was small compared to KFC but I liked it better because of that and good whipped butter.
Every single Popeyes is exactly the same in the evening time. I already know not to accept any door dash orders in the evening when they start to close the lobby. I have to wait in line for so long that whatever I’m making off of the order I have to use for gas because I sat in the drive thru for so long. It’s great picking up from there in the afternoon because everything is on time. I don’t understand what goes wrong in the evening?? Horrible experience as a dasher for both me and my wife. We are always complaining to each other about how much Popeyes sucks to try and pick up from in the evenings no matter which one you go to.
This restaurant would be so much more enjoyable if they had people who didn’t have such nasty attitudes. When I come to pick up an order that was messed up in the first place and I am nothing but cordial and respectful, I expect the same behavior to be reciprocated. Maybe I’m expecting too much out of Popeyes. Food is amazing, people are rude, have extreme attitudes. I’ve been in customer service a lonnnnng time and I KNOW that is not the standard!
We were greeted as we entered and advised they would be with us shortly. Not only were they quick to take our orders the orders were correct. The food was hot and tasty. Much much better Popeyes than the one at Central and West Street. Keep up the great work!!
We have eaten there a couple of other times and the same thing. Employees seem unhappy and with the masks one employee is soft spoken and we couldn't hear her. We had to have her repeat what she was saying several times. Wouldn't speak up. Doubt we will go back. The food was good.
Second time here in 2 weeks this time to get chicken replaced and spent 25.00 dollars to get sides and what again dried out chicken that you can't eat. So no I want recommend these people need to be sent to New Orleans to learn how to cook. You are a bunch that don't care about your job and you all are giving Popeyes a bad name
Went thru drive thru, I've got to say we TRY TO NOT HOLD UP THE LINE!!!!! sorry folks, if you're behind us, your going to wait. I'm done with getting shrimp, NO COCKTAIL SAUCE, Biscuits, NO BUTTER NO HONEY. When you ask FOR THESE ITEMS, YOU WANT THEM! I'm done letting you companies get away with this!! So, yep, I'LL BE THAT PERSON HOLDING UP THE LINE
