Worst experience of my life. Everytime I have went here they have screwed up my order. The employees are rude and shouldn't be in customer service. They DO NOT care about there customers.
I go right after lunch fresh hot and tasteful. I like better than hillside
Drive thru only available. Food and service great, but navigating around homeless people laying on sidewalks and in the parking lot is a task. Constantly accosting you and getting angry if you don't give them money (have offered to buy them food-but they only want money). Makes it hard to go to this location.
The Popeyes chicken on N Broadway passed off as fresh very lukewarm chicken. I don't know what is going on over there, but their chicken was definitely NOT fresh cooked. I feel I should add the manager seemed to be very accommodating and did listen to my complaint. He also insisted the chicken was "fresh". In actuality, the chicken was less than Luke warm.
They were completely out of rice and beans one of the reasons we drove so far from the freeway but the service was enthusiastic and the food made it worth it.
The ti.e it took was enough for a 1 star.The food not being fresh was again worth 1 srar. However the demeanor of the gentleman working was stellar
Well to start off they guy didn’t even let me finish order before he broke me the total and to pull up to the window. The chicken was decent but the fries were cold and soggy and the biscuit was hard and stale and the mac and cheese was just basic and after we paid and got our food he didn’t say have a nice day or anything along those lines. So over all my experience was not that great the food was blah and the customer service was very poor
I've always loved Popeyes chicken and red beans and rice. This time was no different. The guy who Waited on us was very friendly and patient.
This place doesn't have the dinning area open. The people working at this place don't know how to get any order correct. When they are phoned from the car and there is no cars in line at the drive thru the phone is ignored. It's mostly black's that work at this place and they show racism in everything they do. If you're white. Don't buy from Popeyes. Even the commercials they have are only black's.
Dudes there were awesome. Amazing customer service. Definitely will go there again
