The place was very cool!! But the staff behind the buffet were very busy chatting, laughing an not paying attention to customers. The pizza was dry and seemed to had been out for quite some time. The sauces had crust around the pans and the chicken was fried to a crisp and fry. So the best part is the salad bar which they kept semi clean an filled. The arcade room is fantastic! The price for the food is to much for the little service/acknowledgement you get from staff and the food not being fresh. But the arcade was fun an the salad bar was good. We may try it again, can’t say we wouldn’t go back. Just could use some customer service training an fresh line food.
We had our daughters birthday party at Pizza Ranch and everyone had a really great time! The staff was flexible with times and date, communicated with me and answered all my questions. The food was fresh and the space was just the right size. Would definitely do it again!! Thank you Pizza Ranch for making her day special.
Always a good experience at Pizza Ranch, we've eaten at several different locations and this one is just as good. Quick service, super attentive servers and a well stocked buffet. You can't gripe about all-you-can-eat pizza, chicken, hot chocolate chip cookies and ice cream ?
Never heard of this restaurant before I was invited to meet up with eight friends for lunch there on Thursday. I did not expect the comfort meal of chicken, green beans and mashed potatoes to be served buffet style with the pizza. I chose pizza.Back with the group — those who chose the chicken dinner praised the taste and crunchy coating. The pizza was also tasty. I chose two different chicken pizzas and then their taco pizza. I did try a small portion of the chicken dinner and it was just as good as the pizza.The staff treated us well and were fun to interact with. We had special requests and those were met with ease.It was a fun experience and a delicious buffet. I would highly recommend it as a meeting place for groups because of the variety of choices and fun atmosphere.There’s also a game room that looked like fun. Perfect for families.
My daughter with a texture based eating disorder was able to find things she loved to eat. It is extremely difficult to find places to go that kids love with a child who won't eat pizza. I'm really glad we found this place today my kids had a blast and they both had food options they loved.
best fried chicken and Wichita Kansas
We had a birthday dinner. We told the hostess there would be 12. She said 30 minutes. 30 minutes later we had to talk to the manager and he told us it would be another 20-30 minutes. We then had to wait in the game room and were left there for over an hour. We had to go back up and they put us in a room with another group.There were 2 pizzas to choose from and no dessert. I won't go back here. The Hutch branch is MUCH better!
A family favorite. We've celebrated two of our kiddos birthdays here. The unlimited buffet is awesome with a variety of foods, NOT just pizza. Adults eat for $15.
FOR SINGLE DATE OF FAMILY PARTIES... BEST ATMOSPHERE AND FOOD PLUS GAME ZONE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT AND THE FOOD IS FRESH AND GREAT FULL STAFF SO PLACE STAYS CLEAN
