We went to the drive-thru at the last minute possible. The lady that assisted us was Swift in making our order. We ordered three supremos and paid roughly $38 which included the tip. We live right down the street we got home and I was very dissatisfied. The sandwiches did not taste like they used to there's something different about them. Also a pickle comes with this meal and a bag of chips and we did not receive our pickles. I don't know if I'll be ordering my favorite sandwich that I've had for the past 15 years again.
Always friendly service and I was accidentally double charged and called this store and the gentleman was very nice and concerned and advised me to call corporate and that gentleman was also very nice and I was offered 2 free large pizzas for the mishap.
Not being from this part of the U.S. my wife and I can't find a pizza place worthy of back home. This pizza hut is pretty close though, pizzas are baked right everytime and the cheese bread is amazing. I don't usually eat bread sticks but I DO eat these. This pizza hut is doing it right
Pizza’s were hot and fresh. We ordered pepperoni and mushrooms and there were hardly any mushrooms on either pizza. Otherwise pizza were tasty.
Staff was friendly but the toppings were lacking. I thought it was a cheese pizza but it had 3 toppings.
I love pizza hut pizza, so I am be a little biased. But okay service great food!!
We got supreme sandwich this Pizza Hut toasted the bun like the sandwich is suppose to be. Tasted like the original. Will make this out to ho to HUT from now on.
The pizza was barely warm. Had to immediately put in microwave. Defeated the purpose of ordering out.
We were in town for the Joe Rogan show and famished afterwards. We needed food and pizza was only option. I was hesitant to order from Pizza Hut because their food has really gone down hill over the years. Not like when the book it program was around back in the early 80's. Anyways, called and spoke with a really nice woman who took my order. The pizza was delivered in about 20 min by the same woman, I believe. She had a smile, was polite and thoughtful to bring plates, napkins, and silverware, all of which I didn't even think to ask for. The best Pizza Hut pizza, and customer service from there, I've had in quite some time.
I ordered from the Pizza Hut App., and when I got to the window for pickup, they charged my credit card nearly double the cost of the order. It took several minutes to make the refund, as my order cooled. Had I not asked for the receipt, I am not certain that the error would have bee discovered, and reported to me?
