DONT order through the app, I ordered through the app and at 30 minutes they just flat out canceled it without giving me a warning, I called and they said I was fine to order again, a whole hour goes by and I get a call saying “I was just told we can’t order to you” I typed my address in the app and it chose your store. It was seven minutes away they could easily deliver it but they were probably too lazy and didn’t want to do their job. Not only that but I got a call at 9:30 saying when I was going to pick up the pizza. So they just put the pizza aside and expected me to pick it up without asking me over the phone. Shout out to Joe the manager for canceling my order the first time without contacting me and telling me what happened.
Overall great service!!! I'm so glad the place is under new management. sitting in the lobby I saw 2 people glow last night a younger male cooking the pizzas, sometimes cutting and answering phones, and the other was an older male and he was mainly cutting pizzas and leaving with a delivery bag! very hard workers got my pizzas on time and it looked and tasted awesome!!!

I ordered close to closing time and the delivery of the pizza was great and on time. My 2-liter of Pepsi never arrived even after the delivery driver said he would be right back with it. I called the store to let them know and see where my pop was at but they were closed and no one answered the phone. And why did the edge pizza have hot pepper on it that wasn't something I ordered either. And since no one brought my Pepsi back not answered my call, I voiced my mishap of pizza hut delivery close to closing time not really their cup of tea so to speak. So disappointed.
This Pizza Hut is a joke. I placed my order at 5:28 pm on the app and showed it be 55 to 65 minutes. It didn't arrive at my door until an hour and a half later. It was also lukewarm. Then when I called the store I was hung up on first. When I called back they said they couldn't do anything about it I have to go through doordash because that's who delivered it. Ridiculous. This is the most rude and unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered. I'll be ordering from another Pizza Hut place or not in Pizza Hut at all.
TRASH PLACE, TRASH EMPLOYEES! If I could put -5 stars I would! I called & placed an order. They told me 60-65 minutes. I waited 90 minutes before calling to figure out what was up with my order.. they REFUSED to answer my call once they seen my number (it’s a out of state number) but they sure picked up with my husbands number (a Kansas number) they said “Oh we came and knocked multiple times & no one answered” I have two dogs who bark at any noise & THEY HAD MY NUMBER & DIDNT CALL ONCE! The disrespect of ONE not knocking like you claimed you did & TWO… NOT CALLING when you ask for a phone number for that reason!! If you don’t wanna work at Pizza Hut- DONT WORK AT PIZZA HUT !
The best pizza hut by far! My food was hot and my delivery person was AMAZING! He came prepared and smiled at me.
Well baby making my order to somebody else it was those ones that call in and then they're going deliver it I got there and I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my pizza box and I didn't even get it free or anything I had to pay for it I feel a situation like that you know I didn't they should not have me pay for it so hopefully next time they make it good for me or send me a coupon or something.
There is no Pizza Hut @ the Pawnee in. There is however a PH @ Hydraulic & Pawnee which is apparently where it is actually located. Why maps says there is one at the Pawnee Inn I have no ideal. It needs fixed. I do give 5 stars to the PH at hydraulic since this is where I actually had to go to get it.
well i placed an order they forgot my wings. i called got hung up twice? 3rd time they answered yelling at me. i tried to tell him my wings never came (i was nice, calm, cool, and collected). he said hed send them out but how he was yelling for no reason i was scared theyd do something to my food. i asked if i could pick them up another day instead. he didnt provide his name and hung me up. it sucks that this is the pizza hut thats close to my home and theyre so rude.?
