Pizza Hut staff are always very customer service oriented and friendly.
I received a free pizza reward a couple of days before payday. The pizza was perfect, hot and made the way I like it. Plus it was done in 15 minutes which was what the app said it would be. The service at W Douglas in Delano was great the area was clean, staff friendly.
I tried ordering numerous times, to not only have them never deliver my food. But never call, knock , or a email. Nothing. Terrible service, I’ll definitely be paying the store a visit to talk with the manager.
I called with a discrepancy in my card, after not getting my problem resolved at the store level I asked for corporates number mind you without being loud I was sitting in my phone in a public place so if I was being irate the ppl around me would of been disturbed. And the manager who didn’t give me me their name got rude, accused me of yelling and yelled goodbye and hung up refusing to give me the number I asked for. So I got the number and called corporate. I’ll figure out who the manager of this manager is too and speak with them because come on now, you couldn’t help me so I asked to speak with someone who could. Instead you attempt to gaslight me and then hang up? That’s what you’re paid to do? Hmm. Okay. Funny part is I was outside in the parking lot so I could of easily went inside and got just as disrespectful as they did but I chose not too. Do better.
Trash service. Called to place an order and the lady had a hard time understanding my English ok I can deal with that. But then you place the order and when I hang up you cancel it. Call back and act like you don't remember talking to me 1 min earlier. I go to the store reorder it pay and then get a phone call saying my canceled order is ready. I mean wth. Wish I could post a picture of the lady that looked at me and then didn't say anything to me or direct anyone to help me.
My kids and I had very mixed feelings about this Pizza Hut. The hut in our hometown closed down more than a year ago, and we've really missed it. We wanted to eat food at Pizza Hut in the town in which the business began. So we chose the location that was both on our way to the zoo and had almost the highest ratings in town, all the while looking forward to the lunch buffet we'd so missed.When we arrived, we discovered not only that the location we'd chosen didn't have a buffet, but also its dining room was dirty. The bathroom had no soap and was filthy. When we first arrived, the counter was silent and no one came to wait on us for at least 5 minutes.That said, the food was wonderful - we ordered a large pizza. 2 personal pans, and 3 bottles of water (which the lady who waited on us forgot to hand out). So despite its shortcomings, it's earned 3 stars from us.

Best pizza of Wichita, KS. Always a great pizza build and cooked perfect. Thanks to all the employees. I will always come back for more of this pizza.
Not sell a quarter cup of marinara for almost a dollar. Pizza didnt have extra sauce nor was it cooked well done.
I had to wait 1.5 hours when the pizza hut is 2 miles away. Plus I had to call them after the schedule time expired. Never would have tip if I knew this was going to happen. First and last time ordering online.
