My wife loved her Pho, while I thoroughly enjoyed the noodle bowl. My 5 yo enjoyed the fried rice very much.We will be going back again next time we are in the area.
I known & visited this place for many years, Even since the last owner .But regretfully this place quality & CLEANLINESS has become deplorableLast two times, I eaten there !!An OLDER LADY from kitchen has used the bathroom & wearing the same blue gloves GOING IN & 2 Min. GOING OUT :( :( :(This LAST TIMEI order a Sandwich & there was a piece of Styrofoam.We know they are SHORT-STAFFED, But that is NO reason to neglect the food or compromise the safety !!WE WON"T BE BACK !!Sorry :(
If you love Pho, you will love this place. If you don't love Pho, you'll still like it. They have wonderful authentic Vietnamese cuisine, but also offer some Americanized options for anyone who is not comfortable with chopsticks or fish sauce. And let's not forget the Boba smoothies for dessert!EDIT- Feb 2022: It's still the best Pho place in town when My Tho isn't open... They still give plenty of basil/lime/sprouts/pepper to add to your pho, still have fish oil at the table, and still have delicious broth.One complaint: sometimes the broth is not hot enough. And that can be an issue, because several varieties of pho need the meat to be cooked in the broth. I didn't mind that my sirloin was slightly rare this time, but I've definitely had to microwave it before when I've gotten take-out from Pho Special.
Great Experience eating Pho for the first time. My company with a Vietnamese person showed me about this amazing Dish(s). Fantastic Food, Great Atmosphere.
This is my roommates go to place for pho, so I finally was free to go with him today. I gotta say it surpassed my expectations! The broth was so good! Perfect amount of meat and noodles. We also got the egg rolls which were super fresh and tasted very very good. Definitely going back again, the service was very fast (we went during a time when it wasn't busy) the women were very attentive and friendly.
Very poor customer service. 1st and last time I will go. Service was so long and bad I didn't even stay long enough for the food. I asked to speak to the manager and the woman replied she was such at that point i asked for the owner's contract information to give him my feedback of service recieved and was given a fake name and number. To make matters even worse as my daughter and I gathered our things and left the woman followed us all the way to the car and kept trying to get us to turn around. Very unprofessional in so many ways
Friendly staff. Place was busy when we stopped in. They packed up the Pho for carry-out, so that the noodles and meat in one box, broth in a plastic tub and condiments in another. They also included hoison sauce and saracha in small containers.
Service is terrible. In one sitting, I reminded them multiple times that they needed to bring the items I ordered. We ordered boba at the beginning of our meal and at checkout time, they still haven't made it. There are way too many pho places in town to deal with this.
Good food! The beef in Bun Thit Nuong however tastes more like beef jerky. Little Saigon is still best in town for Vietnamese food. We chose this place because Little Saigon is closed on Monday’s.
I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!! First of all I walked in 5:58pm, there was a party of 10 that was already there but I guess since they were top priority everyone else that came in after them was not. I was never asked what I wanted to order until I got up & walked to the front and at that point it was 6:15pm!!! after placing my own order I once again politely waited because I only ordered ONE thing… I sat there until 6:55pm until I realized my food was never coming. I loved this place but I’m so disappointed in the service I received tonight that I will neverrrrr go back & I will also inform other people that I know not to ever go here either.
