This store is very busy but love that they have dairy free and gluten free options
Customer service is lacking- It was fine if you don't mind being rushed and feeling like you are a bother by asking a question. The people making the pizza were fast.Other locations I have been to in Ks and elsewhere the staff were friendly, helpful, and nice. Maybe just caught this location on an off day idk...
I've tried many local pizza joints and I have to admit, Papa Murphys is leading. Exactly what you order. If you want extra ingredients, they don't skimp. Take note Pizza Hut!
We bought 2 all meat thin crust pizzas. Very tasty. We enjoyed every month full.Very clean ran business.
Got a family size thin crust pizza today had already eaten 2 slices when on the bottom side of the crust there were several long black hairs in the crust. Very disgusting. Have not eaten here for awhile Now don’t plan on coming back.I just scrolled down and someone else reported seeing employees with long hair and NO hairnets. I think maybe a call to the health department is in order on this one.
Even when they messed up my order they worked quickly to fix it and make it right.
Papa Murphy's is a great place to order fresh made pizzas that you can take home and bake yourself. Their family sized pizzas are huge and their specials are usually really affordable. Their sides are also very good, especially the cheese bread and cinnamon wheel.
I love Papa Murphy's Pizza, add one of their salads, which is big enough to feed 2, this makes for a belly filled with yummy pizza & one of 4 kinds of salad, full belly's & huge sated smiles. I like to add a few of my own touches too. Tonight I sliced a few garlic stuffed green olives & couldn't resist the pickled Sweet Visalia onions to give my already good pizza, these extras gave just the right zesty flavor. Yummy yum yum!!
unfortunately i was going to go into papa murthy's today and their was this young guy kind of working the store with this woman ,right before i step into the store i hear the young guy in a man bun yelling at this woman mind you she only looks like she's in her 40s i hear this young guy yell at her saying "your old and restarted " who in there right mind let's this happens i was so offended i don't even want to go back, i was starting to leave an another customer that was there stoped an asked the women that worked there if she was okay so i'm not the only one who seen this women getting yelled at for no reason, hope papa murphy does better cuz i will not be going back if they discriminate people 1 for their age and 2 if they have a disability.shame on you papa murphy this was at the 21st and maze location so people please be aware that they are not very friendly.
On Sunday 11-21-2021 I called to order 2 pizzas and a keto dish for my family. I purchased a large Greek pepperoni, a large cowboy and a keto chicken/bacon/ranch. I was told the price and when my son got there after he had picked them up, I noticed the cost was not what I was told. I simply called the restaurant back to simply ask abut getting the partial refund, and Matthew the store employee asked me to come back into the store and they could. I simply told him that was not an option 6:14 pm on a Sunday evening and that we lived a good 25 minutes one way from the store. I proceeded to ask for the store manager as I am sure they could refund the CC transaction and then process a new transaction. He just said "no I am not allowed to do that." I then asked if this was a franchise store or a corporate store...he stated it was a franchise store, and therefore I asked to speak with the owner. He just said no, unless you come in we can do anything for you and was very short with his response. To me this is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service, as I was simply not asking for anything more than I was overcharged. This issue needs to be resolved and Matthew needs to have proper customer service and register training.
