Love love their cream cheeses that go on bagels. Tuesday is a good day for Bagels.
I live in Olathe, KS and am visiting my family in Wichita and we came to this Panera for lunch. I frequently visit the Panera in Olathe and always order a half green goddess Cobb salad with extra chicken, so I ordered the same here. I cannot overstate how inferior the salad was at this Wichita location. It was literally half the size of the portion I usually receive in Olathe, plus it was drenched in dressing (my Panera serves the dressing on the side, always). On top of that, the baguette on the side was cold instead of warm like at my usual Panera. I'm not sure what the Wichita franchise owner is doing to create such discrepancies, but I will certainly not ever return to this location.
Typical Panera food but wow this place is filthy! Almost all of the tables and chairs and trash stations are dirty and full of dishes! A gal working walked around wiping untouched picture frames and completely neglecting a table full of trash, food on the floor and tables.
I have their coffee club membership for about two years. I come to this store to pick up my orders often. Sometimes they have small issues here and there like, my app orders didn’t go through or they couldn’t find my orders; long waiting due to short staff, untrained new staff, etc. Generally speaking, all of them are very nice and always try to get what customers need.When I see those young staff working so hard, I truly appreciate them and want to give them some encouragements
Wife goes there to eat with her friends often. My first time. The menu was hard to read. The meat was grisly. I don't plan on going back.
It was good food with great customer service!This was my first time ever eating here. Ready to try something new the next time I go.
If you go to panera you have to try the tuna fish sandwiches they are absolutely wonderful and the staff here is great
I went here for dinner tonight. All the tables were dirty. How hard is it too clean up your tables? You had so many employees talking and not doing anything. Not sure if it's a management problem or store policy. If the tables aren't being cleaned what about the kitchen? It honestly reflects poorly on the business.
I love Panera and usually they are much better then this one. Food and service was fine but The cafe was filthy. Multiple tables had dirty dishes left on them, and others had obviously not been wiped off. I actually had a difficult time finding a clean table, even though there were many tables open and they didn't seem that busy. The floor was covered with bits of trash and crumbs. The bathroom trashcans were overflowing. Chairs were all crooked. It felt like a pretty dirty space to sit and eat in. Hope it was just a bad day.
Panera is a solid staple for soup and sandwiches. Breads are good too. I do think their portions have shrank due to pricing pressures.
