Got my order wrong in multiple ways multiple times. I love Panera, just not this one
I eat panera's all the time across the United States when I travel and at home in Illinois I come to this restaurant tonight to soup is deep dark brown and color not its normal color full of salt I brought it to the manager's attention and they tell me it comes out of a bag and thaws and heats up how healthy can that be I explained to him it must be a defective batch it never tasted like that before and never looked like that before wasn't offered an alternative just giving a refund so I guess we don't eat tonight here sold us a drink that they knew they were out of and we brought it to their attention they said oh yeah we ran out today it's in 5 minutes later he says well maybe we have some in the drive-through after they told us the store was out this is been the most horrible visit I've ever had with any Panera company
I put in an order for pickup at 8:25pm. I sent my significant other to pick it up and the order was nowhere to be found. Service was awful, they weren't being helpful or considerate of our circumstance. I enrolled in text message alerts for my order and received a notice that my order was taking longer than usual, and at 8:31pm my order was supposedly ready.I normally don't have issues. Rapid pickup is usually extremely convenient. I won't be returning for awhile.
I ordered 2 you pick 2. I was asked if I wanted bread, apple or chips and I replied chips for both orders. When I opened the bag, I had been given the wrong sandwich and there was only 1 bag of chips for both orders. I spent over $30 and there was not a single napkin in the bag along with part of the order being wrong and part missing. I called the store to let management know. He told me he had to transfer the call & hung up
Online order.Were out of white cheddar so had to make a substitution, but they still left on the red onions that I asked to be removed. Also curb side delivery took a long time.Pretty pricy for what you get.
What is going on with this location? Today I went inside at 8 AM and they didn’t even have the coffee ready. The worker stormed off to get coffee in the back and she threw the sugar that was in a cup all over the floor. The cup was filled to the top so I spilt coffee on my hands just walking back to the dispenser to empty some out.The morning seems very disorderly. I used to come every day, but I stopped going because the customer service was going down.
The breakfast sandwiches are extremely tasty. Coffee always on point. We took home a bakers dozen bagel assortment. All quite food.
I love Panera's variety. Unfortunately my last visit wasn't up to par. I ordered broccoli mac n cheese...it was like soup
Great service, good food, and I love the SOBE Yummy Berry Lifewater drink they offer as a fountain drink. It’s so hard to find, and I love that I can count on finding it ar Panera Bread. Also, it’s a great place to go if you’re looking for a calm quiet environment that’s no overwhelming with the smell of coffee or foods. I highly recommend!
Place is not what it was. Employees seemed rushed. And the offerings aren't half of what they were when we last visited before covid. You have done away with best things like the hot chocolate and those yummy chocolate marshmallows. The individual Danishes , the bearclaws. You have ruined the chocolate croissant by drowning it in powdered sugar. And where the heck is the fireplace?No desire to ever come back again.
