I took my family here last night and was immediately disappointed. It was kind of close to closing time but I don’t believe that to be an excuse. My chicken sandwich was horrible! It wasn’t hot, it was slapped together and very sloppy. My fiancés sandwich couldn’t even be eaten. The bread was hard as a rock and when she went back to get another it was no better. She was so upset that she didn’t even want me to stop anywhere else after we left to get her something else. We looked up the menu before we even went and it said they had a kids pizza but when we got there they said the didn’t so much daughter got a turkey sandwich and didn’t even touch it and she eats almost anything. I just can’t believe how bad the food was. I wasn’t gonna leave a negative review but after waking up this morning and feeling sick, I couldn’t help it. I believe in second chances but I don’t believe we will visit you his establishment ever again. DEFINITELY WASNT WORTH THE $40 I PAID!
Got a to go order and didn't realize my pizza couldn't fit in the bag and so it wasn't in there. The manager was an utter delight and made a fresh one for me and even gave me a pastry for having to make the drive back. Talked to the man for a bit while they made the pizza and he was delightful. My own mistake and he wanted to make sure to improve my day.
honestly the worst Panera I’ve been to, and I’ve been going to various locations for over 10 years. I’ve visited a few times, each time hoping the next is better, and it never is. The store looks dirty walking in. Service is slow. Last time I ordered a simple breakfast wrap it took 25 minutes to be ready. They don’t put rapid pick up items on the shelf, so you end up having to wait for someone behind the counter to hand you your bag (which also usually takes several minutes) and defeats the purpose of using the service. Food is mediocre. I’ve had ingredients missing, old, waterlogged lettuce, and completely brown avocado slices.
I ordered 2 ‘large salads’. Both containers were little over half full. One salad ( container+salad+dressing ) weighed 8 oz, the other 10oz! This Is typical of this panera location!!! So if you pick up an order there… have them check it in front of you. The food is ok, but the management is the worst possible.
Stopped by for a break from driving, for a coffee and a cookie. Employees were nice and helpful. Coffee was good and hot. Had a gourmet chocolate chip cookie, it was great. The tables seating area was nice and clean. All positive review for Panera Bread. Will return to Panera Bread in the future.
I love the unlimited sip club, and it's unfortunate that I live right next to this location. My order is never ready, and most of the time I'm told they forgot and then they hand me a cup to make it myself. So much for Rapid Pick Up and customer service! It's literally worth the drive to just go to the Rock location.
My girlfriend and I enjoy going here for the environment. I haven't eaten outside yet but I'd love to.The prices are a bit steep and I could probably make a mac and cheese sandwich at home for cheaper, but all the same.Bit of a tricky location and parking is definitely interesting but if you can manage it, hoorah.
Panera Bread has good coffee and pastries. Have had a sandwich and soup combo here before, also. Food and coffee was great. All positive review for Panera Bread. Employees are nice and helpful also.
Delicious! I love that they have pick 2 meal. I got a half sandwich and small bowl of soup with a choice of side to go with soup. It was perfect! I wouldn't have been able to eat everything if they had been full sandwich and a regular bowl of soup. Big servings!
The food tastes good but rather on the expensive side for the portion that’s being sold. Almost ten bucks for half steak sandwich but a lot more bread than steak over eight dollars for soup chicken and wild rice but no chicken too boot it’s bag bought soup I would understand if this was scratch made for the price. I guess we pay for anything these days ? over all good food but kinda pricey for portions and bag order soup ?#wheresthemeat
