Well, normally I like Panda Express, but after ordering our food the register went down she tried a couple of time asked the manager and he had no luck so told us we had to pay with cash which no one in our family had. So no apology no offer of a discount for your next visit no nothing just yhem looking at us looking at them. I would have tried rebooting the register before saying can you pay in cash.All in all though the no apology bothers me the most.
Thanks for nothing. Please adjust your hours to match drive thru to be same as lobby.just close already at the same time. It's hard to imagine it works for you. Cant see the food available in drive thru. Waste of time tonight.
I paid for 2 entrees and a side. I received one child sized box with one entree and a side. I contacted so-called “Customer Service “ with the store number, receipt number , order number and date & time. For the past two days, I’ve gotten emails requesting a copy of the receipt, which I’ve sent twice. This is like being assaulted twice. Don’t waste your time or money.
Very sad experience for 12 dollars I got about 4 tablespoons of fried rice, one ladle of sesame chicken on top and then 2 very slimy center spring rolls. No ice in the ice machine you have to ask for ice. 10 people working and only 3 customers. And a bunch of kids just playing around in kitchen. Used to order all the time through door dash and no problems. At restaurant a catastrophe
Was at the Panda Express on Maize road and I was having trouble hearing the girl who was serving me. So I was a little bit confused on what to say. And as I was checking out the girl and her two coworkers made fun of me and giggled right in front of me while at the register. I heard them say something about what I had said to the lady, about how I could not understand her. This is extremely disrespectful, rude, and not to mention unprofessional.
It was ok. The food no longer taste as good as it used to. Prices have increased quite a bit but not the portions.
The best Panda Ive had in a long time! Hot and fresh and delicious! It is always a treat when super greens are available. The young man working the drive through was courteous and kind. Great experience. I will return to this location!
Food is always fresh, servers are quick and friendly, restaurant is always clean, zero concerns. The only suggestion I have as a Gluten Free eater (necessity, not by choice) mark items that are gluten free.
Worst food ever have they completely got tired of cooking that they give old left overs. I order before lunch food should be fresh but it was sloppy and messy and the food was not fresh. If this company wants to go out of business well this is it. Worst food I ever ate Panda Express. Won’t be coming back.
