Beautiful atmosphere, good food choices, and perfect guest service! We visited with a family gang of 19, and it was a nice accommodation. There are plenty of people inside, it’s a busy Chinese food store. We have ordered broccoli beef, Mongolian beef, fish, chicken, fried rice, and everything tastes good. The scenic beauty outside is equally amazing!
I had plans to propose to my girlfriend after a delectable meal at PF Changs. It was all planned out. I even brought a friend along that my girlfriend wouldn't recognize so that he could catch the whole thing on video. I was going to do it outside in front of the water... the heavens would open and the angels would sing as I popped the question in the beautiful summer sunlight.Except there was no sun. Only rain. I was stuck mid-meal inside the restaurant hunting for a plan B and frustrated because there didn't seem to be a good place inside to propose. By this time, the staff at PF Chang's had caught wind of my plans and discreetly asked me what I was going to do (I didn't know).After seeing how frustrated I was, they came to my rescue. Not only did they help set me up with a successful surprise, right there at our table, they even baked the engagement ring into a fortune cookie! Talk about going above and beyond!!These people put on a show like an episode of Lupin. It was an astounding coordinated performance that ended with sparklers and a big piece of chocolate cake. Everyone in the restaurant clapped in amazement as all the staff gathered around us to give their congratulations.If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Thank you to the staff at PF Chang's for saving my bacon.
I hadn't been to eat at an actual P.F Chang's before. Honestly I feel like you get the same quality food from the freezer section of any grocery store. However, the prices were reasonable and the staff was really kind. Everything was quick and it was a good spot for a quick lunch with a small group looking for different things to eat.The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable as well.
Had a special request for a sauce needed for a grad party dish. Called today and spoke with the Manager Justin. He told me to come down and he would see what he could do for the item requested. He brought out two of their house sauces and asked which one I liked/needed. Then he had the head Chef come out and help me decide as well. The head chef talked me through how to make a home made version of one of them. Once it was decided in, not only did they give me a large sample to take home and use, but also provided me with some of their famous lettuce wraps to take home at Zero cost!I insisted I needed to pay, but they both were so very kind and generous! They shared their time, knowledge, and were extremely helpful. Thank you to you both at the East Wichita Ks Location! Will be bringing my family here time & time again for delicious Dinners! So many Wonderful people at PF Changs ?
Nice ambiance. Service was quick and friendly. Prices can be a bit pricey but honestly not too bad if you share a bit. Food was really good.Had a bit of a snafu with one of our appetizer orders and management took it off our bill unsolicited which was appreciated.Great wall of chocolate was good to split with 3 people and was richhhhhh and delicious. Presentation on all food was nice, too.

Wi-Fi was down. Couldn’t pull up the QR menu that they’re requiring now and they would not give us a paper menu! So I had to Google the menu on my phone! If this is the way the restaurant is going I would not recommend it! Very disappointed!!
Disappointed In our visit. I’ve always enjoyed P.F. Changs, but this experience was subpar. Food wasn’t as delicious as usual. Service was awkward. Server watched me finish my plate so she could take it, and just several little things were “off.”
There was no reset
Picked up lunch for my mom and I. No silverware or napkins were provided. The rice didn’t taste right, when I started to dump it out into a dish, I figured out why. The rice is drowning in oil. I used to love getting my food here, but the last three times have been a huge disappointment.
