Seth is the best waiter in the world. Gave me 2 breads of the bat and took my order extremely accurately. His manager Hayley is also super friendly and made sure everything came out right.

Great service. Salad was great. They were out of the 8 oz Sirloin so I upgraded to the 12 oz Ribeye. What I received looked like a carne Asada thin strip. Maybe 1/2 " thick. Definitely not what I was expecting from Outback. Maybe it was the only thing they could get, but Sam's Club across the street had 1.5" thick Ribeyes to were great.
Our visit this evening was very satisfying we started with a blooming onion which was awesome to say the least (main reason for going) ? I had the 12 Oz Ribeye cooked medium with shrimp on the barbee, mashed potatoes and seasoned rice. All together 10 for taste our waitress could have came around a little more but they were busy so I under stand
Andre was by far the best server I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with in a dining experience. While the food was delicious, our interactions with Andre were definitely the best part. His friendly, engaging personality made for easy conversation and a great evening. Outback needs to keep him happy or I’ll be first in line to recruit him to join my employer.
Pros:Our waitress was wonderful, she was very attentive and kind. They have large mugs of beer for $5. The bread was delicious, warm and unlimited. The mixed vegetables and seasoned rice were tasty. They also have the best mac and cheese.Cons:My daughter's chicken was under cooked, some was pink and the batter was raw in one of the chicken tenders. They did take this off our ticket, which was good. The manager did not come to our table and apologize, which was very unprofessional. My husband got shrimp and some of it was cold, he also didn't get his salad with his meal.Overall:For the price I expected it to be a lot better than it was. We had a terrible experience here a few years ago and decided to give them another chance and see if it was better but that didn't work out. There are quite a few other place out there within the same price range that your money would probably be better spent. It wasn't horrible but wasn't amazing either. We went around 7 and it was dead, so it wasn't like the kitchen was backed up and trying to rush food out.
Tonight's visit at outback on ridge: we've had better food and service here. I got their special, sugar steak with salad, no croutons and loaded mashed potatoes. No croutons due to gluten allergy, but my salad arrived and my first bite had crouton dust. The flavor of the steak was unique and delicious. The mashed potatoes were actually cold. My husband ordered the ribeye with sweet potato and seasonal veggie. The sweet potato was about half the size they were before but that could be the nature of things today. The broccoli was warm and butter melted in them but they should have been hotter. He had to ask for a refill of his drink.The waitress may have been really busy but we only saw her at four tables ours included. She pretty much disappeared throughout our meal and was not attentive or personable.
Getting real bad! My big filet was a tiny half thickness piece of meat (not the 8oz it should have been), and my wifes ribeye was just a mess of grisle, although she desperately tried to find tiny edible peaces she could pallet, the majority of it wasn't! Even the salad was laden with the white throw away portion of a lettuce head, and lacking much of anything else. The only good thing served was the bread. My wife thinks someone in the back took any good meat home and served us crap. We have gotten good meals here in the past, but this time was so bad, we swore to never go back! We may try again in a couple years (but then again maybe not), and see if they have improved back to old standards, when you could get a decent steak! Maybe a management change is needed! Dropped just shy of $100 with drinks and shrooms, and we just felt robbed!
The food was fabulous. We had a wonderful waitress, who was very attentive and kept our drinks filled and was always around. So much better than the last time we ate there.
