We drove an hour to eat here..Buffalo wild wings. it is my bf favorite place in west Wichita to eat he loves Wings, it was 12 noon the waitress was very good and attentive but stated they were out of them, he did not want anything else, it would have been nice to be offered a gift card for a free one when we had a return visit, we both work in jobs where we take care of peoples needs all day every day and take pride in doing so... we probably will not return to this location
Has lunch with my friend today… super dead Sunday. Asked to sit on the patio as there were over half empty tables, and was told no by the very rude and messy looking hostess because there was a goose nest. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Geese are dirty and disgusting and should definitely not live on a restaurant patio during warm weather.Server was horrible. Food came way before the margarita. He literally never came back after the food was served and had to ask 4 people for our tickets. And still never brought them. We felt like we were being punked. We sat on the bar side so was able to see the red head bartender flipping her hair all around yet not making any drinks. The bathrooms were in worse condition than a Porta potty at riverfest. The place should just close down.
Food and Service not stellar...I prefer authentic Mexican food..
It’s amazing, bathroom sink water is misplaced though so it squirts you every time if you turn on the water too much. Variety of foods and drinks, tasted amazing!
Shrimp fajitas were good. Salsa was good, but wish they had a hot option. It took them awhile to tap the keg for the beer. One in our party tried to cancel her beer, was essentially told no, even though 2 more ordered the beer they were tapping. We waited an additional 5 to 10 min after she tried to cancel to get the beer. We got everything else we asked for, limes. napkins, extra plates etc, so otherwise the service was great and the server was well compensated for taking care of us. It was shockingly slow for a Friday night, with many unoccupied tables.
Had lunch with my sister here today. Shortly after noon on a Sunday. We were going thrifting after so we decided to use the restroom before leaving. We walked into absolutely appalling mess. Clearly has been days if not weeks since being cleaned. There is no excuse for this. I will NEVER come back again.
The server was nice & attentive, the food was ok at best. $8 for 3 tablespoons worth of guacamole ? OUTRAGEOUS!!The worst part about the visit was the disgusting bathroom… I figure if they can’t even keep the restroom neat and tidy when they know customers are going to be seeing it, very worrisome what behind the scenes must look like?!The entire Ladies room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a month of Sundays! It was really GROSS!!!
The food was good, but the restaurant was pretty dirty. Before leaving I went to change my toddler in the women's restaurant and had to turn around. The changing table looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. My husband said the men's bathroom was pretty nasty too.
Had one of the daily lunch specials, which are always good. Food arrives fast and hot. Waiter was friendly and fast. Free salsa and chips are good and filled regularly. Recommend all dishes, had most myself.
Friday evening so you expect it to be busy. Told there was a 25 minute wait to be seated for myself, my husband and my 2 year old son. Understood and waited with the numerous other families waiting to be seated in the front area, even though we could see many empty tables. Turned out to be a 16 minute wait, awesome. But then they proceeded to seat us on the bar side in a high booth and didn't provide us with the highchair we asked for. We had to flag down a waitress because the hostess took off so fast, and when she brought us one, it wasn't going to work because it was too short compared to the high table. She was nice enough to find us an appropriate booth on the family side of the restaurant that is better fitting for a small child. Unfortunately our poor waitress was seated 4 tables within the same time frame (it looked like a large party had left and the tables moved back to their original places) so she was very busy juggling all those. But it just seemed like she kept disappearing. We ordered our queso along with our sons food, and our drinks first. Of course our drinks came first and then our sons food. When she came to take our meal order, I politely asked about the queso. She brought it out shortly after. She came back by again to check in on us with her pad out and we suspected she forgot she had already taken our order. By the time the table next to us (who were definitely seated after she took our order) recieved their food, it confirmed our suspicions. We waited a good 45 minutes for our food: chimichanga meal and an enchilada meal. Our 2 year old was done with his food and we knew he wouldn't sit any longer so we asked her to box our food up to go. It showed up shortly after on plates, and we had to box it up ourselves. Very disheartening how disorganized and untrained the staff seem to be. All of these workers were young girls that seemed very overwhelmed, despite seeming to not be very busy. Maybe the kitchen was overwhelmed with curbside and to-go orders? Regardless, there could have been better service all around. Food looked great and the little bit I ate while boxing it up was great! Too bad I couldn't have eaten it all hot and fresh.Edit: As if all of that wasn't enough, when I was finally able to look at our receipt upon arriving home, we were charged $12.29 for Southwest Chicken Tacos that we never ordered or recieved. My original 3 star review turned into a 2 star review.
