Delicious food with gentle and friendly customer service. Very cozy child friendly family restaurant. Anyone can book for a big gathering too!!Loved their pastas and fresh stick bread. You can ask for lotss of cheese anytime in your food!!

Decided to come here for lunch with a group of friends and got in almost immediately. Our server and host were incredible, and took great care of us. We loved getting to spend some time together and our waiter did a great job of accommodating us while we were there. Shout out to this place for their great service! Their food was also good, and they brought out some piping hot breadsticks each time. Great atmosphere, great staff, and great food! Love it!

Everything I've had at Olive Garden has been delicious. Their portions are generously sized and you can easily get a second meal out of the leftovers if you have a lighter stomach. The staff is helpful and energetic which elevates the event.

Not bad. I do feel (this is just me), all OGs have gone "down hill". But, this is over a 12 year period.Went with a friend. The waiter; now he was a gentleman. And friendly. We were in a hurry. Appreciate it.

Freshest food I have had in a very long time. Waitress was over the top nice as well as Store mgr. Had them clean the window ledge (super wow, good job), followed up on every table and by far again beat I have seen in years! WONDERFUL DINING EXPERIENCE. Keep up the good work!!

We brought our grandkids here to celebrate birthdays As they had never been to Olive Garden before and they absolutely love the place. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food options change and she took very good care of our table, we were never short on drinks or bread sticks. The food was fabulous, Delicious as always and the servings were.plentiful.

Had a lovely dinner with a close friend. The wait wasn’t long, and even then we didn't mind waiting in the lobby. It was a little chilly out but the lobby has comfy bench seats and the lobby was warm. The dinner rush was a little busy, but that was expected for a Friday night. The waitress was very nice and welcoming and kept tabs on our drinks and breadsticks. Wonderful service and experience!

The service was phenomenal. Great atmosphere like always. The reason I scored so low is the pricing. They recently got new menus in, and with the new menus came new prices. We've always enjoyed going on our date nights and knew we'd splurge a bit. Now the majority of the menu is at $20 or more. Which sadly is now just outside our date night budget.*edit*While I appreciate the response and understand with these trying times costs of different items and services are increasing. While the CEO had an estimated $15 million salary last year (conservative estimate) I wonder how much of a paycut they took to lessen the blow on consumers. How much of the increase in costs is being shared with the employees? I wasn't going to go this route, but when the CEO is making so much more than most the employees combined I don't see how an increase like this is necessary. Blaming the times is such a cop out it's sickening.

Went here to celebrate our anniversary. Horrible experience. Service at the bar was slow and off-putting. Took a long time to get my cappuccino, which tasted like warm milk with no coffee, no spoon no sugar offered. Asked for sugar and a spoon & only received sugar. The bar tender also tried to charge us for a game we never played. We were assured by staff they would come get us at the bar when our table was ready. That didn’t happen. After about 45-50 minutes I asked about our table. Staff then said they didn’t have our name on the list!Super frustrating. Again, it was a special night out for us. We were celebrating our anniversary. The only reason we didn’t leave is because it was Saturday night and every other nice restaurant in town was already booked by this point. After about an hour of waiting, we finally got seated and the table was dirty (besides being gross, that’s really not cool during Covid). We waited even longer for a server to come to our table. The cloth napkin (with silverware) had what looked like crusted tomato sauce on it (so gross - double not cool during Covid). After another long wait, the waiter brought us the wrong food!! So we had to wait even more. By this time we were really frustrated. The manager came to our table and said the food will be here soon, that’s it.When we got the bill, again, they tried to charge us for food we didn’t order and had not eaten! What the heck?!! One time in a night could be excusable but twice in one night on two separate bills?!!After expressing dissatisfaction we were not offered any type of consolation, not even a free dessert, free drink, nothing. If I owned a restaurant and one of my customers had that kind of experience, I would have given them the entire meal for free.Since all these were staff errors, including taking our name off the list, I would have really appreciated some type of compensation to make things right.Literally the worst service and restaurant experience I’ve ever had. For the time, money, and very poor customer service, there are much better places in Wichita to go out to eat.Note: This was a Saturday night. They were busy. However, the multitude of issues and lack of customer care is not an excuse. We spent over $65 there that night. For that kind of money we could have had a much better experience at any number of restaurants in town. To be honest, it felt like this place didn’t seem to value the customer experience at all. My fiancé just wanted to treat me to a nice meal out for our anniversary, back at the same place we had our first date. We were both really disappointed and sorry we chose this place to celebrate our special occasion.

The service was good. The new appetizer was very tasty. My husband liked his meal of shrimp Alfredo. But my chicken Marsala was a big disappointment. It was just wrong. Too much flour (gummy), the sauce had scant mushrooms , salty, and thick as gravy. Actually it tasted like it was made from a mix packet.
