The ambiance is wonderful and the food is exquisite! Our waitress was over-the-top helpfully and almost courteous to a fault. It also has outdoor tables. Highly recommend! AAA+++
This is was my first time visiting this Wichita Ks... Old Chicago...back home in KC I had the walnut salad which was very good. This time I decided to go with the OC 4 slice deep dish..in which I added some ground beef..spinach leaves...and bell pepper slices. It was the perfect trio...To make this a delightful pick. I also had a side of waffle fries which was fried kinda hard..
Our waitress was friendly but wow she made it an awkward experience. She asked us if we wanted dessert or boxes in the middle of us eating our main meal - it was obvious we were still eating as we were actively eating when she came by. Then she proceeded to drop the bill off on the table while we were still eating dinner, I guess she didn’t think we’d want anything to else, like more beer?! We ordered the Chicago deep dish pizza, it is definitely not Chicago deep dish, it’s more like Pizza Hut style so just beware of that. While the pizza was tasty, it was not what we expected and would have ordered something else had we known. Real Chicago deep dish is fantastic but takes about 30-40 minutes to come out, I’d imagine this is why they’re calling it deep dish but serving traditional style pizza. Or maybe they think people in Kansas won’t know the difference? Who knows.
We went in the evening around 10pm. We waited a good 10 minutes inside the door before anyone even greeted us. Finally, we were seated and it was another 5 min or so before our server came over. After we ordered it took quite a while to get our food and the server forgot s couple of the items we asked for. All in all, we weren't very impressed. Probably won't be going back anytime soon.
First time in here in a while. Food is still good at the price point. Great beer selection. Not sure if it's a pandemic shutdown carryover or not, but the buffet was not open. That was definitely one of the things that drew me to OC in the past.
Visited from out of town while driving across the country, and stopped since they were open late! Wonderful staff and great experience!
Food was Great our waiter was awesome and was a male he really knew his menu, we tried something new the cheeburger with onion rings,onion sauce and beer cheese! #Amazing yes yum

Manager on Duty, had poor customer service skills. The pizza was served with a missing ingredient. Ok, I understand this happens.However, my choice was something different or nothing. I came here to order what I wanted; I didn't want anything else.My complain is that she made me pay for something I did not get. Her smug, I don't care attitude, is making your business look bad. Certainly, there is a better way. I like to visit here on occasion & hope I won't have this problem again.Edit: Raised to 4 stars because the General Manager took care of the issue. Thanks to the Old Chicago team for caring about customers. I can't wait to go back!
