The new manager Ryan is amazing. Went out of his way to make sure we were happy, when our food was made incorrectly. He was extremely nice and super willing to make sure we were happy. We will definitely be back. Everything else came out correct and HOT!!!
My family went tonight. Food took a half half hour to get it- oh but that’s not it. Took 10 minutes to get Togo boxes AND we ordered a salad Togo when ordering dinner. My dad had to step into the kitchen and ask for a freaking manager. The waitress didn’t “hand” it to him, she stiffly gave it to him with an attitude 30 minutes later. No apology. No nothing. That server is lucky I didn’t go off on her. I’ve been a server for 5 years and you do NOT act like that. She’s LUCKY I don’t remember her name and that we tipped. My dad was very generous. Worst service EVER. FIX IT OLD CHICAGO
I’ve dined here twice and both times I left my food behind on the table unfinished. The burger I got had nothing in it besides cheese and overcooked meat. The next day I ordered carbonara and what I received was some dry pasta with NO sauce, baby tomatoes, green leaves and a fried egg on top of it. I recommend this place only for the drinks because the beers and the cocktails are great.
I eat here all the time. I love the bacon cheeseburger. I get mine without bread because of my gluten allergy. I don't seem to have an issue. They say they have a gluten sensitive pizza but I haven't tried it.
Ordered OC Supreme Dip Dish but came out thin. Tasted weird kinda like the dough didn't rise. They brought out a new pizza but it was a veggie. They didn't charge for the pizza that we never got but surprised the Manager never came by after getting 2 wrong pizzas. The Server was really nice though.
Very good. My margarita was a regular flavor on the rocks and didn't taste right. But we had 3 different appetizers. Jalapeño pretzel rolls, Italian nachos and pepperoni rolls. They were all delicious. We also had a couple of personal pizzas , hamburger. So like I typed earlier the margaritas aren't worth it. But the food was delicious!!!!
I went to the old Chicago restaurant near the old town movie theatre in Wichita. The place was immaculate, clean, the staff was friendly, and working hard....of course the food was on point all of it I ordered the buffalo chicken rolls, mushroom pepperoni pizza, and a cheeseburger, it was amazing...they know how to make a great mixed drink as well...go here totally worth the money.
Love The Food! Malachi (hope I spelled that right) was our server! I'm a server as well, he was Amazing!!! Can't wait to come back!
Just a bad day I hope for their sake. We ordered 4 different pizzas, pasta chips, and drinks. It was just about noon so not many people. My waiter had max of 3 active tables. Food was slow to come out but getting the pizza took a long time. I walked to the bathroom and it had been setting under a warmer for quite a while. I suspect maybe 10 minutes. ( That's how long it was till we saw our waiter). I think he was working on a 6 top. Pizza was dried out from being under heat lamp. Thin crust was hard, dense, and crunchy. The deep was flavorless. Honestly I have had way better pizza from Little Caesars. One of the pizzas was almost totally black. The kids pizza was the only good pizza.We did speak to the waiter and the manager. Both were wonderful. The waiter was just learning. He will be great. I was just so excited as it was my first time and it was so highly recommended. I even bought gift certificates for our DHL driver.
I normally don’t do this, but wow was this dreadfully awful. I sat at my table for over 20 minutes without even being greeted or anything. I made eye contact with a server 2 tables down from mine multiple times and she just walked off. I finally had to walk up to the host to get a server who was a bar back named Scott. After about 30 minutes a server named Maddy (the same server that kept looking at me) came over to ask for my order so I’m assuming she was supposed to be my server in the first place. Completely ridiculous. The only reason I gave a better rating than zero was because the guy who did help me (Scott) was amazing and I understand it wasn’t his fault. After 50 minutes someone finally gave me silverware. This was after I got my food. I understand if you guys are busy and it’s a little slow getting to me but I feel like 20 minutes is tad ridiculous.You should fire the people that can’t be bothered to even greet their tables and promote Scott. He was very sweet and genuine even though he had dishes and customers at the bar to take care of.
