Food was pretty expensive and it tasted like those microwavable frozen meals, but with the price tag of Olive Garden. Just didn't seem to stand out, there was nothing that makes me want to go back. If you want pasta, just pay the extra couple of dollars and go with someone else, if not, you are better off with a microwavable meal instead.

I was not impressed with the small gluten free portions. The flavor was not very satisfying either. The bland flavorless shrimp was not worth the extra cost. I also didn’t care for the “all gender” bathrooms. The first was dirty so I opted to try the second. The first had a urinal and was obviously the men’s restroom. The second bathroom only had a toilet. The paper straws are just annoying! The one star is for the service… it saved them from a zero star rating…

Portions were generous. But that's about where the good ends. Mostly noodles, very light sauce, red, white, etc. Pretty bland due to lack of sauce. No bread included either, for the price of a full order it should be. I'll stick to Gambinos pasta over Noodles company.

Hadn't eaten at any of their restaurants for quite some time. We never liked the food. We decided to try it one more time. Everything was terrible. The phad thai, was not good, either was the shrimp in it. My husband got the cheese tortellini and it was cold. We were there around 2 on Saturday. The calibration on the pop machine is off. The pop tasted like all carbonation, no matter what flavor Fanta it was. Things are not cheap here, so hot food isn't too much to ask for. We dined in.

Poor customer service. Came in to pick up a to go order. Restaurant was not busy. The young kid working the front of house never asked why I was there, said hello to me or acknowledged my presence in any format. To go orders are just sat on a shelf, your name isnt called out like at most restaurants

I understand that typically when you order online, you go through the drive thru pick up to get your food. Last night I had ordered online and since some of my family ordered food from the restaurant 5 Guys, great service by the way, I would just rub in and grab it. When I entered Noodles and Company I walked right up to the front desk and gave them my name for my pick up order. I was told they were working on it and it would be ready soon. It's my fault for not saying something sooner, but I stood there for 25 mintues, as I assumed the information I gave them would make it apparent that I wasn't picking up through the drive thru. I was totally wrong. My food had been sitting by the drive thru for who knows how long. I understand it was human error, it was teenagers working during the dinner rush, but I didn't even get an apology. As for the food, I ordered the pad thai. It was how I expected pad thai to be from a non authentic place. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great.

Good food for what it is. The meatballs were better than expected. There is not a lot of room for indoor seating.

Spaghetti and Meatballs and cheese garlic bread is so good. Not a fan of paper straws for my fountian drink. Staff was very friendly but new and still learning the new store.

Had the pad Thai and it was awful. Noodles were soggy and tasted expired. The sauce tasted like pure fish sauce that was rancid. Really disappointed with my order.

Smaller location than east side but great Japanese pan noodles.
