Nice placeGood servicesFirst sushi came with a hairThey change itGood food in general

This place was on top of their game. Everything was exactly as expected. Very delicious, great atmosphere, wonderful service, and clean. The only food safety issue observed was the chiped dishware. Cracks in any dishes hold bacteria so they are always unsafe. Never use dishes with any cracks in them for food. For the price I would believe they can ensure a safer dining experience by eliminating the chiped dishware. Could have been 5 star.

This was a 3 stars before and now I'm rating it at 1. Did not get our drinks order until 10 mins later and it's only water. Then another 10 min just to take our order for the appetizers. 20 mins later just to ask what's for lunch. 40 mins before I can order. 2 servers and 6 tables.

Amazing food and insanely fast service! The sushi and bento box were great - we can’t wait to go back!

We usually have a great experience at this restaurant but not this time. Our waitress took forever to get our drinks and then forever again to bring them. The other waitress had very large hickeys that were extremely unappetizing. We were very hungry so we ordered our food with our drinks and literally watched our food sit on the counter for over 30 minutes. Miso soup was cold and seaweed salad was warm. Raw sushi was warm and our tempura rolls were cold. Although the waitress was not acceptable, the chefs were very quick and seemed irritated the food was not being taken out. Chefs did an amazing job!!!! Our waitress also helped other tables before us even though we were sat before them. She would check on tables around us but never ours. We felt very unwelcome.

A bit higher end on the price side, but you definitely get what you pay for. I'll forever recommend the "surprise me" roll to anyone and everyone. It's a specialty roll created by the chef that isn't on the menu. Who doesn't love a good surprise? Featured in the pics are two "surprise me" rolls from my visit.

A sushi experience not to be missed! We tried 3 different rolls and the monkey brain appetizer. That's the reason we went there initially. It sounded like something we had back in Albuquerque that we absolutely loved. We had the Under the Sea roll, the Black Hole roll, and the Scallop Crunch roll. The service was a bit slow, but they are really understaffed at the moment, so it completely makes sense. An absolutely wonderful experience that I can't recommend enough.

Came in on a busy night and was met promptly. Ordered gyoza and sake to start the meal. The gyoza were delicious and gone in a flash. I ordered the steak sushi and my fiancee ordered a bowel of ramen. We both really enjoyed our meals. The waitress was very attentive and provided great service.

We enjoyed going to Ninza for years. Some days are better than others. When they had two sushi chefs only, even though the wait is long, we don’t mind. This weekend they had double the chef and our food arrived very quickly. We ate our quickly and didn’t pay attention. We thought some pieces didn’t taste very good. Halfway through our sashimi deluxe, I noticed that our salmon wasn’t looking too good. The sauce shouldn’t make the salmon that dark and why are there holes? We will probably not come back for awhile unfortunately.

Sushi taste Excellent! The dining experience was not excellent. Luke warm soup came out late with sushi. No ginger or wasabi. Had to ask twice. First sushi experience for my son and his friend and wanted it to be better than that. Not a special experience at all but glad they enjoyed the taste of the sushi.
