This would have been a four or five star review except for one problem. The food was good, well prepared and quickly made. My only complaint is that the menu is a little misleading on one dish. There is a picture labeled “seaweed salad” that shows a sample tray with three salads. Under the listing description for “seaweed salad” is states an assortment of marinated seaweed. I ordered this, gestured to the photo and stated that these salads look good. When my food arrived however I only received the one traditional seaweed salad. When I told the waitress that this was not what I wanted she explained that this was what I ordered. She explained that the picture shows three different salads and they do not have an assortment tray of salads. I stated that was not what I wanted and she apologized for the confusion. I understand that this is my fault for not knowing the menu but no offer was made to correct the mistake. No discount, no ask if I wanted to order the other salads. I ended up not even eating the seaweed salad I was served. Considering the large number of sushi places in town with better service and clearer menus I will probably not be dining at this restaurant again.
Just fantastic!! It's like these guys get their fish from a different supplier than the other restaurants in town. The tuna was incredible. Also they were kind enough to sell me a 32oz drink cup full of their amazing salad dressing to go!

The presentation of the food is dynamite and makes you feel wrong for eating it or messing up the plate. 10/10 would recommend.
Delicious with a large selection. Went with the Hawaiian roll and miso soup for my meal. Had to take some home because it was plenty of food. Service was good and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Wow.....this is definitely quality sushi. I would highly recommend. I went during the lunch hour and easily seated and served within the hour. I ordered the salmon tempura roll and it blew my expectations out of the water. Do yourself a favor and head that way!!
Had a school meeting to attend so we called our order in on the way home. Got it picked up right at the time they had given. Brought it home and my wife and I never even made it to the table. Opened it up and we ate standing at the counter. So good we didn't even care. We try to patronize our local eateries and we need to eat here more often. Thank you for the service and excellent meals.
What a thoroughly disappointing meal. I ordered 6 rolls and two miso soups from this west Ninza location and what I received was some of the least desirable sushi I’ve had. The rice was done completely wrong, it was mushy and slimy. The tuna in the rolls was not sliced fresh tuna, it was the very cheap nasty tasting blended type. Btw, if you are looking for sushi done way better for lower prices visit Tokyo on the west side, I’ve never had this experience there.Additionally we ordered vegetarian rolls and I called the restaurant before they made the order and asked that they separate them, I put this in the notes as well, and to their credit they did, but the veggie rolls had pieces of the blended tuna on multiple rolls. Very disappointing.To add to the bad experience we requested extra soy sauce… they included none. Nor did they include chopsticks, spoons (for the miso) or napkins. I generally order sushi because I trust a sushi master should be able to make better sushi than I… that is not the case here. This sushi “chef” has a high school level understanding of making sushi.If you want Dollar General sushi come here, sadly you won’t pay Dollar General prices.If you want good sushi for good prices go to Tokyo or really almost anywhere else!
Really good food. Great wait staff. Decent drinks. Uneccessarily long wait to be seated. Overall fantastic experience and will go back.
