Service was great. When we got our food, it was all Lukewarm or cold. The dessert was fine. Last time for me at this place
Service was pretty slow, and prices were pretty expensive for what they were. Have had much better for a lot less.

We love Newport grill and itâs typically our go to when we have friends in town or are we celebrating or just feeling like we want a special meal. The menu typically stays pretty much the same (I wish it varied) it also typically provides consistency of great food good service and delicious cocktails This time was not a great experience. We waited over an hour for our food. I never got much detail although our waiter did apologize and inform us it was going to be a little longer for our meals - at that point we had already waited an hour. The food was not great we ordered a lot of the typical items we order (since the menu stays pretty consistent) but they were not nearly as good. Our server was nice but not very attentive. I did speak to the manager about the wait for our food and he did apologize and did take care of us but I just canât say it was a great experience this time. The food and the service were not good.
Was disappointed there was not a full menu on Father's Day. The buffet was okay, but nothing special.
Wife and was celebrating our anniversary. We enjoyed the food and the music it was great we had a wonderful time

The service was excellent, the portions reasonable. However the maitre d and hostess are in need of customer service training. My friend suffers from severe shellfish allergies. We asked to moved away from the kitchen and she told us that the area was reserved. Upon sitting, my friend began to smell shrimp. She went back to the maitre d and the hostess and asked to please sit us outside. They were annoyed by her request, but finally sat us outside.
