Drove over an hour to eat here, the first waitress was very rude when we walked in, they sat a group of people who walked in after we did and made us sit and wait (they were not taking reservations) finally got sat, waited forever for water, another 15 minutes to get drink orders in. We then had to track somebody down and ask for menus, and then the same with the order. Mind you I get it, I'm patient, but there were only 5 small tables in the restaurant and they had all ordered already. We had a few questions which seemed to irritate them, finally got our order in. Appetizers cake out fairly quickly so I was hopeful, the other 4 people in my party got their food ans I waited and then waited some more for mine, they did not ring it in and by the time we got someone's attention everyone else was done and I was over it. We got there ar 7:30 and they closed at 10:00 so it wasn't even last minute. I will say that they took a whole whopping $2 discount so I guess there's that.

The food is really good when they actually get my order right, but I'm often missing an item when I order to go. Definitely check your order before you leave. I love the vegan options, the shaky tofu is to die for, but often the sauce is made poorly or missing altogether. The service is very unpredictable. It seems like the staff is overworked and/or they just don't care. They randomly close early very frequently. I work in a local restaurant so I completely understand that mistakes happen, but it's honestly way too frequent and the closing early is pretty annoying.

Very disappointed in our meal there. The porkchop dinner, the pork was extremely tough and the rice wasnt Jasmine Rice. The meat in the pho was very tough almost unedible. We also ordered a Vietnamese ice coffee. It was very small all ice and 5.00 $ Will not return

Gina is the best waitress there is ! Always so attentive and the food is amazing which is a plus. Chef back there definitely knows what he’s doing! Best fried rice in town hands down ??

Walked in and waited 10 minutes to even get helped to sit down even after she saw me standing there. Finally sat down and any questions that were asked were quickly dismissed.Okay, after eating, the food was actually pretty good. I think that the lady working has truly been overworked!!The drink I got also was good, orange gin mule. A+!Lastly, my husband is vegan, and the waitress didn’t seem to know what that was but kept saying “it’s veggie” ??‍♀️However, it DID taste vegan! Haha!

We received 7 out of 8 orders today. When ordering carry out, confirm your order is correct before leaving. They had no carry out chopsticks for being a Vietnamese restaurant, which is strange. One of the orders was combo rice and should have had the prepared fish sauce that goes over the entree but was given hoisin sauce. Attention to detail is important for carry out orders. Contacted restaurant for a credit card adjustment on the missing order and never heard a follow-up. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Used to be great. Service is inconsistent now and so is the food. It’ll be great one week, and terrible the next. I don’t wanna give up on this place because when the food is good, it’s really good. Hope the owner sees this and makes some changes. Also it’s very unwise to only staff one person to serve and make drinks when you’re busy. Stop working that lady to death.

Great spot! Liked the pho, spring rolls, and vermicelli bowl. Good price too! I sat at the bar and the service was friendly.

Went there today because we are in the area and my 9yrs old want some deep fried carimari. I even called before to ask if they serve deep fried carimari. Arrived at the place a little early around 5pm for dinner. My wife ordered the shaking beef and rice. I ordered the tradition rice "cơm đặc biệt". My 9yrs old ordered deep fried carimari and chicken wings. Shaking beef tasted a bit sour in flavor and a little under cook then rare. My cơm đặc biệt, the rice was ok, the egg was cooked good, the pork chops was thin dried and a bit sour in taste. My kid's deep fried carimari was not deep fried carimari like the traditional at your local Chinese restaurants or Italian restaurants type of deep fried carimari. This was more like a carimari salad with big slices of stir fried octopus meat. Overall service is a 3stars and food is 1 to 2 stars. Cleanliness is a 2 stars because they cloth napkins look old and had animals hair or fur on them.

Came back the first time since the previous owners left. The service was horrible. She gave us the menu and asked, what we wanted to drink. Then she wanted to know, if we need a minute to decide on the food. Well yes, you just gave us the menu. Pho tasted okay. This restaurant was always packed. Today for a Friday evening pretty empty. Wonder why..... Never coming back. So disappointed.
