Ridiculously slow service. When we got there, we were only the second table (just two of us and our baby), and by the time we got our food, a table of six and a table of two that came in after we had ordered were halfway through their meals. When we got there, we asked for a booster seat for our one year old for our booth because people always touch her if she's sitting in a high chair at the end of our table. Instead, our waitress brought us a high chair and when we reinforced that we wanted a booster, she just said her manager told her to do that, and sure enough, I had to ask a stranger to stop touching my baby. The food was not worth all the hassle.
We had a chicken shrimp dish and tortellini Romano. Both were very well prepared and served very quickly. Service was excellent. All staff members that we interacted with were very pleasant.
The absolute best Mediterranean food I've eaten. Fresh, fast,and I felt very comfortable while dining there. The servers were courteous and right there if and when I was needing assistance without being pestered . I recommend this restaurant to anyone that likes to dine out. Thanks everyone at the Mediterranean grill I'll be back for another meal..
Aside from the one waitress who laughs incessantly at any and everything (often annoying), she and the others really do a great job of serving! I don't care for sweetened biscuit type rolls served before dinner; basic yeast rolls with real butter would be an excellent upgrade, but we don't go there for the biscuits. The Mediterranean food is always so good, fresh, comfy place to eat, many repeat clients we often see, its among the top restaurants in Wichita for our family.
Second time here. Great experiences both times. Best customer service in town! Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and caring. We tried a little bit of everything. Had the combo platter for an app then 2 different dinners we hadn't tried yet. Everything we've tried is so good. Definitely going to be a regular in our dinner rotation when we come to town.
I come to Wichita once a year for training. This place is a must for dinner every time! The most amazing thing to me is the server remembered who I was....from a year earlier! Great service, phenomenal food! If you're unsure what to get, try the sampler and add on a couple of appetizers. You can't go wrong.
Great food/prices, and great/friendly service, even with a large group present for lunch. The Melon Margarita was not Skippy on liquor. Wonderful lunch special special, filled us up!
I was there most recently for lunch with two good friends, and it was an excellent choice, as always. My organization has enjoyed the restaurant's catering many, many times, and we are never disappointed. In fact, our members actually cheer then they know dinner will be provided by the Mediterranean Grill. For this Friday lunchtime visit, my friends and I were cheerfully greeted, comfortably seated, and enjoyed a leisurely and attractively presented. meal. Portions were very generous, and the freshly prepared dishes were all excellent.
Very good food, great staff.For the pre meal, they serve pita bread and (whatever that stuff made out of chick peas is called). And also some of the best dinner rolls/biscuits I have ever had.The actual meal is also very good, I got the Mediterranean burger witch had mushroom on it.I highly recommend this place!
The vegetable curry was very filling and flavorful and the French martini was delightful!
