I frequent the several Meddys restaurants in wichita. Its modern yet cultural environment is welcoming for night outs and lunch breaks. I was recently dining at the Harry and Rock location and my stay was longer than usual because I was enjoying an informative conversation with a friend of mine. I've only been at this location a total of three times over the course of about four years, however the patience and friendliness of the staff during our extended stay made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I see myself revisiting this location more frequently for that reason. I would highly recommend them for delicious dining.
Very polite and helpful staff, the manager Lina was great and made sure the gluten free food was not cross contaminated. I'm from Nebraksa, and would definitely come back as often as possible. Food was amazing, and very flavorful!
Food and service wonderful. They gave 20 percent to the Uvalde victims and were interested in our opinion about the food and how to improve. They have it right: fresh ingredients, courteous staff, and community outreach. Please come to Texas! (Dallas area).
What a fantastic dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious!! (The babaganoush? I mean....) And it was so fast, but still fresh! The staff person who helped us was phenomenal. She was so helpful and kind and really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Will definitely go back again and again!
We decided to eat lunch at Meddys on rock and Harry yesterday and I had such a lovely experience. The customer service was absolutely incredible! The restaurant was clean and inviting, the staff was polite and helpful, the atmosphere was lovely! Very highly recommend going to this location!!!
From St. Louis touring Wichita State with our daughter. Found this gem and oh my, this place nails every aspect of what a great experience should be. Food: tastes amazing, fresh, well-presented and large portions. It was also surprisingly quick and affordable. The hummus and pita chips are one of the best I’be had (and my wife is Lebanese). Lastly, the service and ambience were icing on the cake. The manager is also very personable and attentive. Will for sure be returning every time I’m in Witchita.
This Meddys location used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Not any more! They don't serve grape leaves, the chips were so hard I couldn't eat them and the food was tasteless. I won't be back. The Meddys downtown is AWESOME! The customer service was fine.
We usually eat here weekly. The Harry and Rock location tastes the best and has a woman there that provides an amaing customer service experience when things hit a snag. We had recently slowed going because of the increase in price - after seeing their support of Ukraine and the messaging that was anti-Putin on the Facebook page we are back. #GlorytoUkraine
I ordered their tomato soup for my 88 year old Mother. She has since gone to be with the Lord. She said it was the best soup she had ever ate. And I thank my cousin for telling me about this place. He and my Aunt grew many of the vegetables that were used in their food here.
We were just overnighting in Wichita and found Meddy’s via a search for nearby restaurants. It proved an excellent choice. My husband and I shared a huge platter of fresh, savory food at a bargain price. We also liked the complimentary starter of pitas to dip in house olive oil with a za’atar spice blend. Welcoming staff and acceptable “fast casual” atmosphere. Definitely worth a stop.
