Okay, my sandwich was good. But my wife got the green goddess salad which was over $10 and it came out with rotten avocado on top. The manager was the one who dropped it off. She removed it and ate what was wasn't rotten. Very busy and didn't want to wait for something else. Disappointed they brought that out. Should've clearly saw it was bad and got a new one.
Well, the food is still good, but OMG, the service has fallen considerably. My orders have consistently been missing ordered items, and condiments. This last visit was the same, missing cucumber tomato salad, no chips, or cutlery. Basic customer service, checking an order, should all be engrained in EVERY employee. I get it, turnover is probably high, but in order to maintain a healthy client base, you have to take care of that client base. I’m taking a break and only going to places that care about my order. Maybe I’ll be back, maybe I won’t. I work very hard for my money, it’s only fair that I spend it at eating establishments that care about my order…I hope they fix it.

Good food and almost more then us older adults can eat. The spud and sandwich was terrific for both my wife and I. She is a veggie and this place makes that easy for her. Me...I eat it all. Food and service was and is good, go whenever you can.
Visited today and you absolutely can tell they are painfully understaffed. Their crew did an amazing job with what they had. They kept their composure and followed thru.
Food is always awesome. Everyone is nice and the restaurant is always clean. We love being able to spend $20 for two of us to eat.
I have Never been so disappointed in McAlisters. I ordered on line for a business meeting. Only received half my food. When I called the young lady who answered the phone refused to let me speak to a manager, told me the only way I could Get the food owed to me was to come to the store. I couldnt Go to the store as I ordered Delivery for a BUSINESS MEETING. She told me to contact my delivery driver but gave me zero information to contact them.
It has the slowest service, painful slow. People standing around for over 30 min for their to go orders. Dirty tables and the quality of the food is declining and this isn’t a one time experience.
Good food, fairly decent staff at times, they upcharge for changing the bread on kids grill cheese sandwiches, 50 cents extra to change from wheat bread to white bread, but at least my little kids can eat it without feeling like the over-toasted wheat bread is actually sandpaper. The manager has no intention of waiving the extra fee for the bread change, small money but irritating, our $9 sandwich should cover their expected profit.
I love this place. great food. amazing tea, and great people.
