This is usually one of our favorite places to go. In the last couple of months, something has changed. When we placed an online order one of the sides was wrong. I offered to bring it inside to exchange it,but the guy said I could keep it. Then charged me for the bag of chips that I wanted. I questioned him, but he said he had to charge me for it. Then, yesterday when they couldn't serve tea or water due to the city water issue, they were selling water bottles at $2 a bottle for cheap water bottles. Most places were offering this for free or at least 50 cents a bottle since it's not the customer's fault. Again, when I asked about it, we were told that's just the way it is. There are some other things, but these are just examples of the management not trying to do what is right.
I love this place it’s always so good , the food there is always fantastic and the people are always nice. I enjoyed eating here. It’s not pricey and it feels homemade. Definitely worth a stop for just their tea alone.I also think their sandwiches are all worth trying , especially the Smokey pepper Jack turkey , and oh my the sides! Always so good. It’s a must try experience.Please do stop by any McAllister because all of them had exceptional service and food!

The manager Tony (Anthony), is the best! So nice and friendly. Truly a great employee you have working for you. The food has always been delicious and very fast service.
Deeeeeelicious. Staff were kind of funny and interacted + cooperated well. Kinda made me wanna join in, haha. Food was almost as fast as chick fil a! Was pretty good and I had no complaints. I would go here if you’re looking for somewhere fast and simple.
Great salad and sandwich! They even delivered! And their customer service was exceptional, with text updates, and even a follow up to see if we liked it.
The food is good, but I am getting tired of the lack of parking available for curbside pickup.The signs are there nobody reads or cares. And the manager doesn't enforce them either. Fix this problem or I will stop using Mcalister's.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was clean, had a pleasant din of conversation, and I was served very quickly. However, the pickle of legends, the one everyone I talked to about this place mentioned, was small and shriveled, as well as my drink was 3/4 ice. The pickle made me very sad.
I went today to pick up my to go order. My car was stuck on ice/ snow pulling in…. Aaron came out and helped me get my car in the parking lot. No jacket just willing to help a customer!! McAlister’s soup and sandwich is always good on a cold day or any day!!
