I eat here on a very regular basis and the food and service is always great. Last night however the service was exceptional! Our server, Deja C, was so pleasant and polite. She kept our drinks full and checked on us regularly without being too overbearing. My next trip there I will for sure ask to seat in whatever area she is working. Great bread too - and the butter was actually room temp and not cold, rock hard! ;)
We started off on the wrong foot because our party was separated to two tables, not sure why, maybe lack of space. Put that aside our two parties were still right next to eachother. We ordered drinks, no issues, fairly quick. After about 20 minutes we did finally have to ask to get our order taken but she just grabbed her checklist and took the order immediately, not a problem, another 30 minutes pass by and food arrives (after salads and blah blah blah) but this food was WELL worth the wait! Every single person in the party was delighted even the 2 kids ate like kings. Will recommend to anybody, just don't be in a hurry
Longhorn is our favorite fancy date night place! It's consistently delicious, the food is always perfectly cooked. The staff is always super nice and attentive. The atmosphere is just perfect, soft lighting, comfortable talking, not too loud music. We love it every time.
Our server, Alexis, was wonderful! My salad was crisp and tasty but watery so much so that there was a puddle in the bottom of my bowl. My steak was correctly cooked but had little flavor. It was not seasoned very much if at all. I never used A1 or any other kind of sauce on my steak. In this case, I would have if I'd finished the steak. I enjoy this place but It was not my best experience.
Been to a few different Longhorn locations and all were good, this one here in Wichita Kansas is a notch above.My KC steak was nothing less than perfectly cooked. Sides were yummy. My waiter did it just right and the bartender made a perfectly mixed old fashioned. Two thumbs up ??
The food was delicious. I got the baby back ribs in which the meat just fell off the bone and the sweet potato was cooked just right too...
Really good food. I got their outlaw ribeye steak. It's a bit pricey. But still definitely worth it. I like the atmosphere at longhorn steakhouse. It would probably be a good idea to make reservations, especially on a weekend! I would highly recommend this restaurant!!
Visiting sister and she suggested Longhorn Steakhouse. I ordered a rib eye and it was cooked to perfection. Best steak I'd had in a long time. Service was good and the margaritas were very good. I recommend.
My husband and I had dinner at this location this past Friday evening, the 7th. When we paid the bill, which was $38.66, I added our standard 20% tip of $8 which made the total $46.66. Well Sunday when I was balancing the check book I noticed that the charge to our account was $51.66. My husband called the restaurant and spoke to a manager and he looked up our ticket and said that the tip that had been added was $13 instead of $8. He told the manager that we only added $8 for a tip and so the manager said he’d refund the extra $5. As of today, Tuesday, we still haven’t seen the refund and we’re quite disappointed that some sketchy stuff is apparently going down there. The server we had should be disciplined for this. We generally go to Texas Roadhouse, but it was super busy so we decided to go somewhere else. I can promise you we won’t be going back to Longhorn and I’d advise people to watch their accounts after the bill is paid because there are thieves working there.
Wait staff at the bar said they would be right back to take.our drink order then didn't come back. Someone else took our order after more than 5 minutesSteak was a good value for the amount charged. It was cooked the way I asked and was the same as their menu said. Bake potatoes was not cooked completely done. Server was good, returned several times to check on us.
