This was my first time eating here and everything was Awesome!!!! We were seated a few minutes upon arriving, a few minutes later a waitress came and took our order. A few minutes after that she brought us some warm homemade bread with whipped but. Maybe 10 minutes after that she brought us a delicious salad. And 15 minutes later our main course arrived, steak and broccoli mine and my Husband's steak and fries!!!! It was more than enough we had to take some home and had it for dinner the next day!!!!! I give Longhorn Steakhouse an A+!!!!!!!??????
The service was amazing!!! My steak was burned so I sent it back which I don't like to do. I got the second state part of it was charred and it was over salted and way too spicy. Everything else was delicious. My husband got the Porter House which was also burnt. He sent it back and they sent him one that was fine on the outer edges and then closer to the phone it was raw. I don't know what was going on that day but it's going to be a while before we go back.
We all had different steaks. It was a little bit on the salty side for my taste but the temperature was right. They weren't terribly busy as the wait for call ahead was reasonable. Overall enjoyed the dining experience for Mother's Day.
The service was great. Unfortunately my 12 oz ribeye had to much marbling and was tough chewing. The sweet potato was only about half the size of an average mans fist and stringy. Proving it to be a late season pick. The meal overall was a disappointment considering the cost.
We came for early dinner. We ordered the Ribeyes and they were perfectly cooked. Our server was great. I don't remember her name, but she is pregnant. She provided excellent customer service. We had great food and service.
Last nights experience was very different from what we are used to. My husband I went for an early anniversary dinner. We were seated fairly quickly, only at a table in the middle of the restaurant! There were several empty booths. It was very awkward. I didn't want to cause a scene so we let it go. We sat there and sat there and sat there. No acknowledgement from any of the four servers we kept seeing. No eye contact either. Finally a server came over and let us unnecessarily know he wasn't our server but he would help our server out. He brought us menus and got our drink order. When our server came he was new, he did quite well. My husband had steak and shrimp, I had parmesan crusted chicken. My meal was good, my husband's steak had quite a bit of gristle. Maybe it was just an off night but wenoticed.
Chicken tenders were small (about as long as a finger), crispy, and a bit too salty because each small finger was breaded, but ok. The asparagus was old, tough and flavorless. The broccoli was steamed with no seasoning or butter. The sweet potatoes were fine - served with a small cup of brown sugar butter. (Ordered online and picked up curbside. The food was ready exactly when they said it would be.) We probably won’t be back. The food was about the quality of a cafeteria and we know there are better and less expensive local options.
Had the delicious Maverick ribeye steak sandwich with a baked potato and the tonion for an appetizer which was very good with exceptional service from the moment I walked in to the moment I left would definitely recommend. 10/10 flavor, environment and service! Can hardly wait to go back.
It's not a fine dining or a once in a lifetime experience but the food is good for want you'd expect from a sit down restaurant. Prices are reasonable as well and portions are more than enough. I've always had very nice interactions with the staff, mostly the Togo team. Today we picked up curbside and asked the team to sit the food on our hood and we picked it up when they went inside as we currently have covid. Technically past our 5 days but still quarantining for safety. The girl, Nakyia, left a get well soon note in our bag. Her and the other man with her were very personable even from outside the car. Very sweet! Thank you!
Service was fast and the ribs were fall off the bone tender. Wait staff worked as a team and kept thing's moving. Everyone was pleased with their food and we left full and happy. The only thing I can speak down about is the blooming onion was very salty.
