Usually the food tastes better than all the times I’ve been here but not this time. The table was sticky and was cleaned 3 times and still the same. The broccoli was undercooked and cold and the waitress was kind enough to bring me another batch and it was still undercooked. Way too much gravy on the potatoes and the new fish on the menu didn’t taste very good.

While in Wichita for a business trip, we decided to try out this establishment and were very pleased with our choice! The service was friendly and fast and the food was hot and tasty! If you've read any of my restaurant reviews before, you know my husband tries chicken fried steaks where ever they are available and rates them...he considers the coating vs meat ratio and how well the breading adheres to the meat, the tenderness of the meat, the seasoning, and the gravy. He rates theirs a 8 out of 10...which is a high rating from him!

Steaks were severely undercooked, complained to server and manager, they simply put the steaks, now cut, back into the grill and dried them out and made them tough as leather. Did the manager apologize? No. The server did. Did the manager comp at least some of the charges? No. Could I recommend this place on Maize Rd in Wichita to anyone? Not bloody likely! Try Texas Roadhouse or Outback before wasting your money here!!!!!!!!!! I’m done giving this place second chances.And the response from Logan’s below is a canned and meaningless set of words. So I have gone to their website, filled out their Customer Service form, requested that they contact me. Over a week has gone by. No surprise, no further contact, no reparations, nothing. It is one thing to truly care about the quality of your organization, it is another to continue to mislead a customer with this type of glad-handing BS response. Be done with this organization. Walk away. Spend your hard earned money where they truly appreciate you as a customer. When words and actions don’t match, do not patronize the company.If Google had a scale that went negative, this latest insult would result in yet a lower rating. Go somewhere else!!!

Originally, we were dining in because there were not very many customers in the resaurant so we thought it would not take long. But, after waiting an hour for our food, we asked for it to be packaged to go. When we got it home, no one got all of the food they ordered. The food was very cold. The sirloin meat was tough, grisly and not cooked to order. Our waitress was nice enough, but she did not give us updates about our meals or offer an explanation regarding why it was taking so long until we asked another waitress to get her so we could get our food to go. In short, the best thing about our experience was the yeast rolls we got while waiting for our food. We will not be going to this store again.

The server we had was very attentive and sweet. The serving sizes of food were decent and everything was hot and delicious. I would say the only con would be the cleanliness of the table. I am not sure what they clean with, but the table had a sticky film all across it. It seems to be that way with their other tables too.

First off, I want to say that my server Erin was amazing and the kitchen and management failed her. I ordered the Logan and it was terrible. I ordered it MR and it came out Well Done. I also receive my side of Okra at least 10 minutes after receiving my food. Erin our server asked if we'd like to speak to the manager on duty, Josh. I said yes. Josh never once came over to our table. My waitress apologize profusely and handed me my ticket with the Logan taken off the bill. I asked our server, Erin, to please point out the manager to me. I got up to speak to him and he did not even apologize for the terrible food and said "Well I took it off your ticket" in the rudest way. I was shocked to say the least. I told him I did not want it taken off my ticket and if he would have come over to the table like I requested I wanted to tell him I'd like a new steak. Instead I left hungry eating nothing and was forced to eat some of my wife's meal. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional manager, Josh, and we eat out a good bit. I do NOT recommend Logans and my wife and I will not be coming back!!

We ordered 2 hamburgers. One well done and one medium. The medium one came out well done. Both of them were chard. On top of that our food was cold like it had been sitting out for awhile. The group behind us got their food within 5 minutes of us getting ours and they came in 20 minutes later. Our waitress was very unfriendly. Didn’t check on us. Kept walking by saying I’ll check on your food but would go the opposite direction. It seems as though this location is mainly worried about the take out orders over the guests actually dining in. Very terrible service.

Just left here. After waiting over 40 min to be handed Raw steak, cold chicken, cold rice it was ridiculous. I understand now why there was 10 booths empty in just our section. They were kicking out the call in/to go orders but should have made sure their in house customers got the same service. As for service- our waitress, Grace, did a fantastic job. She apologized for the poor service (out of her control- cooks), wished us a nice evening and we still gave her a nice tip as this was not her fault. Won’t be back.

The only bright spot was our server. She was very sweet. Our food was also fine, so 2 stars is all I'll give. We arrived and were 'greeted' by a young lady who stood there looking at me. I asked if we could have a table, not a booth. There were quite literally only two other tables of guests in the entire restaurant. She looked at her iPad and told me she didn't have any tables available. "You don't have any tables?" I asked. And she dead-faced looked at me and said "Nope." Ok...confused we agreed to a booth. She took us to the closest booth to the door. The seat was ripped open with foam coming out and the remnants of packing tape coming off, attempting to hold it together. She dropped the menus and walked away. We sat down to a table that had clearly not been cleaned, there were cup rings and a sticky residue left behind on the middle of the table. We ordered and got the rolls - I half expected disappointment but they were great! I ordered the meatloaf sliders, as I always do. They came with no BBQ sauce on them, and a slimy hot slice of tomato in it's place. Ugh. With so many options in town, we probably won't go back. I know that product and people are hard to come by right now, but cleanliness and repairs can still be done. Training for those you do have should be paramount. That's not happening here.

Excellent food. The only problem I had is the same that I have with all restaurants. That is: When I order Broccoli, it's always undercooked. The stems are always rock hard. Everything else is great. My delivery was on time.
