Didn’t have pizza and bread ready in the time the app said it would be. Employee at the counter was disagreeable with customers and would not say when any of your food would be done and would not give any response on when to return. The employee acted very annoyed and would walk away from customers that were acting reasonable. Many(5people)left empty handed in disbelief and with anger. The app gave us a notification that our food was ready at the end of the night when they had already closed.
If I could zero stars I would. First off this isn’t my first bad experience at this store but definitely the worst. When I showed up a lady was not only yelling but SCREAMING at the employees in front of about 30 customers including my husband and I. Complaining about someone calling in. Yelling at the check out guy for a simple chair being up front . Our order was messed up and cold. We won’t be using this store anymore. I have yet to have a good experience here. Most unprofessional establishment thus far
Shout out to the crew at Little Caesars tonight it is 6:15 on 7:22/22 and not only could you tell they were short staffed but they did an awesome job! Food was great and cashier girl was handling everything awesome even though people did not want to wait in pizzas to get out of the oven. keep up the good work guys!
Tried to call in order at 7:15 PM but kept getting hung up on before anyone talked. When someone did answer they said hold on for a second and hung up. I get it is cheap pizza but I'd rather pay more for better service.
This Store Sucks Called this stor 7 times and let it ring at least 20 times each Call. Never Got a Answer. Finally Had to Take my business elsewhere. They should Fire Every Single employee. Who was supposed to be Working. On Saturday may 28th between the hours of 4 and 5 PM. Because they are ether can't Hear. Or they just flat out ignore people trying to place a order By Phone.
It's delicious, quick, & cheap pizza. If you have a problem with Little Ceasars, your standards are way too high ?
Cheese is about 2-3 inches from the edge. If they want to make sloppy food, they should go work a fast food burger place. Plus, They served the guy who came after me who ordered the same thing i did, b4 me.
I love the new service where you type your code into the machine and opens to your pizza. They don't give out any condiments like hot peppers or cheese or their famous spice packets anymore.Oh the parking at this location is horrendous, one parking space, at dinner time good luck.
My last experience was a few days ago, this little ceasers is the worst on in town. Every order I have placed is a long wait. I always use the mobile app so it'll save time but it's never accurate. This last time I went there was the last straw. I get there and there's almost a dozen customers waiting. I ask about my order and they said they were just waiting on the pizza n sticks. The employee at the counter was very over whelmed and no one came to help him. Eventually the customers waiting started to get impatient. Started to ask about their order and the employee at the started to get emotional. We could hear the employees in the back threatening to walk out. All of the people in front of me were taken care of. I asked about my order and they "couldn't find it". They made fresh for me and apologized, I walked out with my food knowing I'll never go back. Do all you can to avoid this location, my order was placed at 7:40pm via the app and walked out at 9:15ish with my food.
I really hate to leave bad reviews, especially from places you enjoy. I called while on my way to buy some pizzas from little Caesars and nobody answered, i still stayed on the line as i walked in two people were walking out, i immediately asked the young man that I'm calling them still, and he responds,,"we're busy"so I look around and said really where? So he said i was being rude, i just responded Jesus Christ save them, no adequate customer behavior and very poor customer service, sometimes it seems these youngsters are forced to work by there parents but doesn't teach them about being a humble person and proper respect in the work field, I'm sorry but this has really taught me about our young generation of the future
