very unfriendly. two other customers walked in after me and no one came to help us for 10 minutes despite the person in the back clearly seeing us as he walked back and forth between the back and the front. waiting is fine, i understand that, but he didn't even acknowledge us and then was quite surly when he finally decided to help us?
By far the worst functioning Little Caesars. Ordered online for delivery got the order and it was not made right so I called the store and they said to bring the whole order back up to the store. When I arrived they said it would be 12 minutes and I sat there for 40 minutes. They then only made the pizza and said they didn't have the cheese breadsticks that I ordered, I had watched them serve other customers. After an hour from the time I ordered to going back to the store they did not have my order ready.
I ordered delivery, they called and said didn't have any 2 liters leftI said OK make sure I get in kind trade, they sent me 2 20 Oz bottles. Not anywhere near $4. if sods.I tried calling them 10 times, all I got was "mailbox not set up" message
Customer service skills where no where insight. Owner was there. A lot of hot and ready not available. Was messing up others in front of me orders. Flavor that I'm used to from them was not there. I will be taking a longer trip to get that experience.
Im actually impressed at how bad this place is. It took about an hour for 2 pizzas and cheese bread. The worker had to ask me 4 times what my order was before finally making the 2nd pizza. They made the first pizza 40min before the 2nd and left it sitting in the back. Never come here and whoever owns this store should shut it down. Also no one washed their hands after accepting payment from customers.
I decided to try to order online. It was horrible! I ordered online, paid with debit card, received email confirmation that my order was ready. Once I got to the store my order Was not only NOT ready it hadn't even been started. I would have been OK with it taking a little longer because they are busy, but why email me that my order's reamy order is ready if it's not?? There's no sense in ordering online it doesn't save you any time. and it's impossible to try and callin your order as well. Management should really do something about the situation. I wasn't offered any type of discount barely an apology. After waiting over an hour for my order. Ridiculous!
Took ONE HOUR to make a simple pepperoni Pizza. Went to pick it up and still wasn’t ready! HOT N Ready where??? Horrible customer service, train your staff to do better. Such a pathetic place
Every time I order delivery from this location, they never put the seasoning on the Italian cheese bread ! Like that’s the important part!
Service is terrible now. Lost my order and after 5 minutes found it was right there the whole time. Then came in to find out they failed to tell me the system was down and it was Cash only. Even called in while I was still there and they still told me to come in and I could use a credit card. It was okay pizza, but after the last two times I will never go back to this location again...but due to location, I've came back a few times. Still better places to order from, but wasn't awful. Bummed them up to 2 stars.
Picked up the new Batman pizza and there was no pepperoni in the white sauce. There was no dipping sauce and the pizza wasn’t even cut. I’ve only been here twice now and both times order was not complete. Very sad.
