OMG ? I love all there donuts ?
Krispy Kreme is my all-time favorite donut except for a new donut shop that's locally owned that opened up in my own neighborhood. I don't know what that shop is called. Go to Krispy Kreme if you can't find my shop in Wichita I think it's called Jack's North High donuts and ramen and coffee. It's in a place where a hamburger shop was for many decades.
Pretty bomb doughnuts for a chain. Online ordering is super quick - highly recommend ? your in-person experience might vary based on who’s working tho. Sometimes they’re great but sometimes they seem like they wanna die lol.
Service today was not good! Everyone sitting around do nothing. My elderly mother loves to come weekly to get a dozen donuts and her free donut when we bring her in and was denied today. She was not happy and will not take her business elsewhere. Sometimes it's about the customer's experience vs policy.Happy mothers day to all the mothers there. I hope your mom's day goes better than mines.
Came with an Allied tour bus full of women. Everyone was polite and courteous, and even gave us each a free donut. Taking some home to my husband, I'm sure he will enjoy them all
Haven't been to a Krispy Kreme in a while but I was very disappointed. All the donuts were extremely sweet and there were no filled donuts that just had powdered sugar on them. Those are my favorites.
Anytime we’re in town and my children see the “hot” light on they always want to stop and get that fresh hot donut and of course more for the road. Out of the last 9 times we’ve gone, while the “hot” light was on, only twice were they given the fresh free donut! I began to wonder if things had changed since we used to live here, so…..because it happened to my son again today, I decided to call and verify that they still give the free donut away when the “hot” light is on. The manager I spoke to confirmed that they still do this, so I asked if there was a reason any time my children go into the store without me, they never received their free donut and she didn’t have an explanation. My children happen to be brown skinned and I’m whites, so I can’t help but wonder if this may be the reason?
After coming back to Minnesota from Texas I had to stop at a Krispy Kreme and bring some back. Us Minnesotans miss these donuts so much!! Nothing comes close to these delights. And they’re affordable, too!
Missing a big portion of our order. What they did send out was the most stale stiff nasty thing I've ever heard of. Flat out gross. This restaurant used to be good. When it was brought to the attention of staff, your told you get what you get. Horrible professionalism. My family won't be back. Yet another establishment trashed by people with no work effort.
Just as good as when they opened. Wonderful coffee, variety of donuts, free warm sample while waiting.This visit evidently had new register help, only two, and plenty of customers (inside).I believe I will try drive-thru next.
