Usually a 5 star experience. Traveled from 900 miles away, and always look forward to their pizza. Pizza was alright, but there was a kid working the register that didn't know what they were doing. Repeats order back, but inputs different items. Asked for 4 drinks, didn't get rang in. Ask for cheese with light sauce, he added cheddar and did extra sauce. I don't understand why there's a kid that can't even get a driver's permit, is working a register and handling cash.
This is hands down the best pizza place in Kansas.The crust is perfectly crunchy on the bottom, but soft on the top, which I have never had anywhere else for a thick crust pizza. The sauce is never to little or much, the cheeses are perfect, and it is overall way more filling than regular pizza. Just one of their largest pizzas filled three grown men for dinner who hadn't eaten in over 12 hours and were famished.The servers are amazing and the wait is minimal, I've never waited more than 20 minutes for a fresh pizza.The pizza is also really good still leftover, as everytime I come here I have plenty left for the next day. My family loves this place so much I have driven 2 hours to bring pizza home to them before and probably will end up doing the same again.I have taken friends here before and they were seriously surprised they had never heard of this place before with how amazing the service and food were.If you are in Wichita and hungry for pizza, go to Knolla's. It's the best.
This is the go to place for pizza in Wichita. I found them through a local reddit thread and those folks weren't kidding about how good the food is here. The service equals the food in that it's excellent as well. Every time we go here we love it.
This was the most amazing pizza I have had in a long while. I ordered a large Chicago style Works pizza with double everything. This pizza was made just the way I wanted. A thick layer of toppings on a thin crunchy crust that supports the slice despite the size. The crust was a perfect blend of crunchy outer crust with a soft interior. Was this a $30 pizza? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely!! Will I buy it again? Definitely!
We got the pulled pork pizza, it was ready quick and fresh. And absolutely DELICIOUS!! The NY crust is outta this world. We will definitely return:)
They have a house salad that is extremely good, so we always get a salad with their legendary pizza. If you haven't been there....... your missing out on a Great eating experience.
The best pizza in Wichita. We've been eating it for the last 15 years since the westside location. Whoever answered the phone was super professional, helpful and friendly as well.
I was disappointed in my service today. I called ahead and asked if the Tueday special for a large the size of a medium was still available, the gentleman said yes (at the East location). I proceeded to make a call ahead order after mentioning this deal. When I stopped in to get my order, I noticed I was charged full price after my card was processed. I asked the woman about the charge and the special price. She informed me that it's only if it's a special request, it's not automatic. I informed the employee I had mentioned it over the phone when I made my call ahead with the gentleman earlier in the day. Her response to this was "sorry". I was not offered to correct the mistake, or see who took my order. Don't get me wrong, the pizza was delicious, but the customer service was disappointing.
Good pizza for the price. Was not the best I have had and definitely not the worst. Will try again.
What a hidden little GEM. My kids told me about it after church. Finally an affordable place to take your whole family after church. Very neat atmosphere. And a TV in case a game is playing (Dad’s ?) we will be back.
