Just drove off from this location as I tried to order a $30 fill up box that has eight pieces of chicken and an eight tenders and they told me they didn't have enough they only had three and they couldn't do it and I'm like it's 40 minutes till close and you can't drop down more chicken very unimpressed with this probably won't go back

The chicken didn't taste like I remember it tasting. Very little flavor. Missed the old 11 seasonings and spices. Very disappointed. Good Cole slaw though.
Had to ask for the biscuits I ordered and only got half of them. Paid the price of a large mashed potatoes and gravy to only get a side of gravy.
From what I gathered the cook wasn't there. So we just stood in line while an older women tried to do everything.
I only ordered a 3 piece chicken meal, with corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a famous bowl meal. I asked for no pickles on the sandwich. I even confirmed it with 2 people twice. I drove out of my way to go here, and we realized course, once we were all the way home that there were pickles on the sandwich, and we only got 2 pieces of chicken, and 2 things of corn. Any good manager would replace someone’s meal. This manager said we’d have to bring the food back. Lol. So now I have to go out of my way a second time to get 1 lousy piece of chicken, and some mashed potatoes. I didn’t realize the sandwich had the pickles until I’d already hung up with the manager. I’m sure he’d want the sandwich back to replace it though. Won’t be back!!
The cashier was great. But after about 5 minutes, he had to tell another guy to make my food. He was so busy on his phone. The food was ok.
I first have to tell them they didn't give me the coupon price that I told them I had plus then when I'm at window I give them coupon when I get my change and tell them it's wrong she acts put out. Then I get home instead of 8 piece I get 7 I call them and yes he said twice I'm sorry about that but his answer is to come back now and get another piece of chicken. So then my dinner will be cold when the potatoes and gravy are already. So disappointing
Walked in to order. Cashier was leaning on the wall. Poor customer interaction. Got home with our 8-PC meal. White meat extremely dry and macaroni and cheese did not taste right. Plus it was over $25.00!. Maybe this is why I haven't been to a KFC for so long. Lesson learned.
The food was fresh and hot. The store looked clean and employees were awesome!
